    Good book but
This is an excellent book but you almost need to be in pretty good shape before starting this. I think it’s geared more to the younger crowd. Day 1 is 3 sets of 20 each pushups and same of squats. I’m in pretty good shape but no way can I do 60 pushups right out of the shoot. I plan to follow this but need to work up to it.

Love this book. Getting back into strength training and wanted a basic program to follow, and one that had pics to demonstrate each move. Also love that it’s spiral bound.
