    Very quality product. I have worn the Apple Watch to track my stats but I decided to try something new. So I did some research and found the whoop. I have had it for approximately 1 month and am enjoying it thoroughly. It provides very in-depth statistics but also simple enough for the general audience to understand. The versatility allowing you to wear it 24/7, no matter the terrain elevates the product beyond many other health trackers. It builds your reputation over time so that the statistics are more and more specific to you. Additionally, the battery life and charging aspect are superior to many others on the market. The tracker by itself has a 14+ day battery life on 1 single charge and the portable power pack is small and lightweight allowing you to leave the tracker on all the time. Very pleased!

    GOAT WHOOP MG
    Great band and device for anybody looking to increase their recovery/ strain/ longevity needs from elite athletes to regular working people. I am a athlete that plays basketball strength trains with weights upper body lower body and plyometric trains and does cardio!!! This longevity band what I like to call it helps me get more insights into my daily life to tailor my fitness and health to my advantage I would highly recommend to serious athletes and biohackers to improve their health and fitness day by day!!!

    Whoop 🙌 whoop! Get your whoop!
    I love this Whoop so much! I had no idea I needed something so much until I started wearing it. The Whoop has helped me track my fitness goals, sleep, and overall health. If you want to track your health and habits this is your thing. I had been feeling a little funny for a while, having a hard time breathing and somehow the Whoop noticed it and notified me something was off. I checked in with the doctor and sure enough I had anemia. I recommend it 100% the new Whoop IA feature is also very helpful. I’ve heard from other users that they don’t use it that much, and I think it’s a shame because you can get a lot of good advice and insights from it. It also remembers previous interactions which makes it very helpful to keep track over time. The alarm feature is also super helpful, nothing wakes me up faster than my hand shaking 🫨From a hardware perspective I’ve been using mine for over a month now. I haven’t taken it off and it seems to be working well. The battery on mine has been lasting for a while 15-20 days and I use the alarm every day. I also use it while swimming.

    Great product but logging a workout has painful UX
    I would like to give this 5 stars because the product is well thought out and comprehensive in tracking health and fitness which in itself is transformative to a person’s life if you’re the type of person where visible metrics can motivate incremental improvements through gamification of lifestyle.I have a pet peeve though. This is a fitness tracker and every day I hit the gym, push weights, and I cannot log my reps and sets as I go. Instead I get this clunky AF UI that has to be logged AFTER the workout when I’m off on a busy day with additional conflicts due to “other detected” activities being logged for the start and end times of the workout session.Whoop UX developers… please stop the annoying UX, one of your pillars is logging a person’s “strain”.

    Spendy but well worth every $.
    I purchased this for myself as I am working toward a more healthful life and it was recommended by family members. At first, I struggled with the annual subscription $; however, after using it for over a month now, I am amazed at the amount of data and recommendations for improvements in my health. It even has what is called “Healthspan” which predicts your actual age versus chronologic age based on your health data. Each day, the user is able to recieve a summary of past 24 hours as well as what improvements can be made in the future to positively affect the user’s Healthspan.I had Fitbits for at least at least 13 years and this is an absolute game changer! Well worth the $$ based on the changes I have already been able to make in just over a month’s time. It is recommended to keep the tracker on at all times, including showering. It is a bit awkward recharging because the charger actually is applied to the tracker and it charges while you are on the move (I didn’t know this at first).I did change the original mesh wristband for a silicone replacement because I didn’t like wearing a wet band after showering. This is only a personal preference and I don’t think it should be considered a negative to the overall product, but feel others should be aware.Finally, similar to Fitbit, there are communities which the user can join to encourage improvement. You can also create a new community as my family did, so we can compete against each other while obtaining positive health benefits. New communities can be shared with others by simply sending a code and, again, very easy. In my opinion this is a very well made product that can definitely lead to improved health and wellness!

    Amazing product, highly recommend
    Been using it for a few weeks now, and I have been very happy. The thing I was worried most about was the battery life, and that has been fantastic. Very easy to charge, Very easy to use, and the metrics have really helped me increase my sleep.

    This wearable is the pioneer in focussing on recovery and sleep. I can understand the concern about the renewal fee, but this truly does give you major results. If you’re not someone who is willing to spend a time every day to input as much as you possibly can into this app, then you will not see the results you want. The more you feed into it the more it can do for you. The strength trainer part is really cool too because it can recommend workouts for you or you can pick your own workouts and put them together in the list. Each workout also has a video to show you how to do it so you can do it at home. If you Journal every day it gives you a real results about how it affects you. Sometimes you don’t realize what foods can actually affect you or how alcohol/coffee can affect you. If you take supplements, you can input them and it’ll show you how it affects your recovery. If you’re someone who likes the gamify things, this can be a real game changer. You get out what you put in. Want to know what a sauna does to your body? Want to know what a cold shower does for your recovery? Want to know how much strain your muscles are specifically going through when you’re lifting weights? Want to know what the best stretch routine routines are for morning and night? It’ll give you everything you want. It’s honestly changed my life.

    Excellent abonnement 12 mois pour profiter pleinement du Whoop. L’autonomie est vraiment impressionnante : on oublie presque qu’il faut le recharger, et même pendant la charge avec le module sans fil, on ne ressent aucune gêne. Le bracelet est très confortable, il n’entrave pas les mouvements du corps, que ce soit au quotidien ou pendant le sport.L’application est bien pensée, avec une large sélection de questions et de paramètres qui permet un suivi extrêmement personnalisé. On a vraiment l’impression d’avoir un assistant qui prend en compte ce qu’on lui dit pour ajuster ses recommandations et mieux accompagner récupération, sommeil et entraînements au fil du temps
