    Just what I need
    When I first ordered this product, the package came opened and the book was not in there. I let the company know and within minutes a replacement was sent out. So I am very happy with the customer service aspect. The book has a really cute design and looks as pictured. It is very durable and does not have a cheap, thin cover. I am a little abrasive with my journals, since I carry them around, so this is a must for me! The book is a little bigger than what I had pictured in my head which is a bonus. Inside there are diagrams, spots for pictures, ultimate goal list, and daily/weekly goals. It also has a cute daily progress tracker that you color in daily. There’s a plethora of visuals and aids to help you stay on track. 😀

    I Love this Food & Fitness Journal
    This journal is exactly what I was looking for. Nice sections to log food, track water, exercise, weight, mood, caffeine, and sleep. There is a weekly check in page at the end of each week where you can log your measurements, goals and log your feelings as well as motivations. The 1st few pages have a starting measurements page, starting picture page, goal setting page and a progress tracker. I love logging in it each day. Easy, and uncomplicated helping you set an clear direct path for yourself.

    Tracks All the Right Things In a Logical Way
    I like what this journal allows me to track and I make it more fun by using colored pencils. I’d give it 5 stars if it were smaller and thus more portable, not an unreasonable option since the typeface is large and there’s lots of blank space on each page. Good quality paper and cover and I like the looks of the font and line drawings. I’ll purchase again.

    Great lay out
    First I want to say that I love this book. The lay out is amazing and doesnt have a ton of stuff I wont use.Cons: the pages are so thin. You have to be VERY careful what you write with because it shows on the back page making them useless. I recommend using a pencils. Its a tad boring as its black and white with not way to add color

    This has become my favorite journal. I love how I am able to keep track of everything I eat or drink.I love how motivating it is. That was my biggest reason why I bought this journal. I wanted to find something that not only helped me keep track of my day to day meals. But it also has this weekly check in’s help to see the progress you are making. Completely worth the buy and the price is great. Highly recommended.

    I couldn’t believe when I seen the title, I was in love, and I couldn’t wait for it to get here. It’s perfect and huge, and so fun, giving plenty of room to write, I love journals, and I love writing most books these days I leave empty, I brought amazing texters from Amazon to write with, I love old school journals with dark feminine quotes
