It is super good! It’s not a huge wheel but it’s compact and easy to bring with you places. Easy assemble. Just stick the silver rod through the whole and add the rubber/hand guards on . Takes like 2 minutes to put together.. not even! I did like 30 rolls and the next day my whole entire core was sore.. it works very well.

Since receiving this ab roller, I have used it every day. The design is simple and easily taken apart for travel. This targets the lower abs and mine have never been tighter, pouch is gone. Highly recommend to incorporate into a home workout routine.
