I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia and my doctor recommended that I work on strengthening my legs and hips. He suggested stairs whenever I can. I live in a single story house! I thought I’d give this box a try. It was pretty easy to assemble. It’s quite sturdy too. I turn on some music or the TV and I step on and off the box. I live way out in the country so a gym membership is out of the question. I’veBeen using this for about 6 weeks. My hip pain is gone. This is working.

I ordered a 12″ vevor plyometric box by itself. I wanted to do bent over rows standing on the two 12″ boxes with my barbell attached to my landmine and a pull bar attached to the barbell while it was in between the two 12″ boxes. So instead of buying just one12″ box, I bought the full set that comes with a 12″/18″/24″ so I could have the two 12’s for my rows and the 18 and 24 for box jumping. Well the two 12’s are different sizes, off by an inch. The bent over rows feel unbalanced. The rubber mat on top of the boxes are different from the original box I bought compared to the set of 3 i just bought. Additionally, and now this one is minor and personal preference but the first box i bought has a different finish of the structure underneath the frame that makes it easy to lift up and transfer to another location opposed to the 3 recent boxes I purchased has a more sharp edge finish that is not comfortable when lifting and transferring. Everything described above will be shown in the pictures provided. This is solely based on my personal experience and overall I think these boxes are amazing to use. It was by chance this happened to my order. If vevor was to send me a 12″ to match one of the 12 inches i have already, I would change my 1 star to a 5 star immediately.

J’ai acheté ces plyo car ce sont les mêmes que chez mon kiné et je les trouve plus esthétiques que celles en bois.Elles sont faciles à monter, et je les ai reçues rapidement.Le coté empilable est bien pratique pour ne pas perdre trop de place.Rien à dire de plus, ce sont des plyos, elles font le taff et sont bien solides.
