Big T working out them hips and knees. Wood woop
I got this for Big Tom to work out his hips and knees. Sometimes I just need him to last longer in the wood woop department; if you know what I mean. Let me tell you what! I tried it to, butt, it doesn’t work out my butt like I thought it wood woop. So I do standing butt squeezes after my workouts on this little fella. You can really feel the range of motions (that so reminds me of the wood woop which just makes me sweet sweat). I noticed when Big Tom chases me around the trailer park, my legs feel like they are energized. And walking is easier. Take your time, I’m use to running around the TP, bc that’s our sweet sweat post workout after pedaling on this fine machine. Big Tom said the other day, heyyyy boo, I noticed your legs look toner. I told him Big Tom that’s my sweet sweat workout.

Good leg exerciser
I really like this leg exerciser. I have some knee issues and this helps for me to get my legs moving. It gives me a chance to get a little exercise. It seems like peddling a bike and is very smooth movement after the lubricant is applied. After a few days I can tell it’s working because I feel a little burn in my abs. I am only doing 30 minutes once a day but hope to build up to a couple of times a day. My only negative is that the machine doesn’t stay in place when peddling. I even have a mat under it and it still moves. I’m going to have to figure out how to keep it in place. But otherwise, it’s a good leg exerciser.

This has been a great resource in my recovery. I have been having issues with my knees and it is due to weak muscles, so having this to allow me to work out my muscles in that area without too much pressure and without causing me any pain is amazing. I have been looking for workout options to do while I’m confined to a desk for 8+ hours a day. Yes, I get breaks, but I’m not used to sitting this long, and it was starting to affect my health and overall wellbeing.This elliptical machine popped up in my Amazon app and I read the reviews. I decided to buy it as an under the desk option to keep my legs moving, and I got it the very next day. To my dismay, the machine did not work. It was broken. I initiated a refund, and before I’d even had a chance to physically return the other one, the replacement arrived. Thankfully, this one worked!It fits under my non-standing desk perfectly, and I’ve been using it a lot throughout the day! It’s the “laziest” workout ever, since I’m not always putting in a ton of effort, but I have noticed a difference in my mood and physical state. I’m a fidgety person anyway, and this helps with that too. I am feeling better and happier. I highly recommend this machine!

Pay close attention before buying this! Bike pedal motion, not elliptical at all!
This arrived yesterday, I have used it twice now. THIS IS NOT a real elliptical as described – it is an electric bike pedal machine, pedals go in circles, not an ellipse at all! Beyond that as if not bad enough, 1st gripe is that I cannot use it under my desk while I’m working. My guess because the rollup keyboard tray right below the desktop pretty much standard height and if I try and peddle it and you are under the desk even with the court keyboard tray pulled all the way out all I do is smash my knees against the bottom of the keyboard tray. Not very useful. 2nd gripe is that there is absolutely no information I can find about the 3 auto modes! And snow on the machine I paid just over $100 for I do not expect to have to go try each mode and measure whatever the differences are for myself. I will try it for a couple more days but I think it’s getting returned because the under desk part was important and this is totally useless under the desk LOL. This one is from “GUGTTR” but there are 2 or 3 if not more identical looking products on Amazon but all from other meaningless name dompanies. That should be a giveaway right there LOL.
