Quality material and construction + great performance
I did a lot of research before choosing this particular treadmill in this price range. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with it in terms of its performance, design and ease/speed of initial setup. At 6′-2″ I was afraid I might need its bigger brother but not so. Most of all I wanted the auto incline feature and I’m sure glad I didn’t compromise on that in my choosing. I’m knocking on 80 and wanted it only for walking but you can surely run on it. I foolishly turned the speed up, one time only, to 8 mph, which forces you to run and fast. My favorite settings are 3 degree incline and 3.0 mph. The display is really good quality. The 3.5hp brushless motor is super quiet even at high speed. and the packaging was very good and highly protective. I would definitely buy again. Thank you Borgusi.

It’s small.
The picture is misleading. This is a small treadmill. Standing on the treadmill, the hand rests are well below my hips. Make sure you check all measurements against your height and frame. Otherwise it seems fine.

Very impressive for the $$$. Great machine!!!
This is truly an awesome machine at a great price! I used it twice now, it is SUPER quiet, easy display, easy controls, with a small footprint, but still plenty of room on the tread. Putting it together was a breeze, and with the wheels it is easy to move. The deck folds up easy and with a gentle “kick”, it comes down controlled by a damper. They called a few days after delivery to see how I liked it, or had any questions. Rey impressive!!!

Great solid treadmill
This is my fourth home treadmill and my favorite so far. It’s a great, solid machine, heavy and well-built. The running surface is generous and comfortable. I especially love the long handlebars with built-in speed and incline controls. My only minor wish is that the handlebars were adjustable, as I’m 5’5″ and would prefer them slightly higher to rest my arms.Other than that, this machine is a very good value for the money.

Absolute Unsatisfactory!
The worst. I would never have purchased it. It’s my fault for not going with my gut based on the bad reviews. Do not go by the good reviews.I had my treadmill less than a month. It stopped working. We tried to get it fixed it couldn’t be fixed. After reading the reviews, we decided not to send it back as it cost almost as much as the treadmill. Not worth it.Buyer beware!!!

buyer beware
The treadmill did not power on after assembly & customer service was only possible thru Amazon messaging ( no customer support# or website). I was offered $30 credit if I would try their “5 step” approach to self repair that I received thru a messaged link. When I opened the motor to start the process, I could see the ground wire to power switch was not connected (this step was not on the list, but was obvious). As soon as I fixed the power switch & started the machine, It stopped & an error warning appeared on the screen. After 2 significant problems occurred BEFORE setting a foot on this clearly cheap, defective product I decided that I needed to return & refund.Although I was refunded promptly, Burgosi insisted that I keep the defective treadmill & refused to pick it up or send me a prepaid label to return the gigantic, 120 LB box, making disposal MY problem. Amazon was useless in resolving this & after numerous calls to Amazon & online chatting they stuck me the the problem of disposal. I resolved this problem myself by hauling it out of my basement (with a dolly I had to pay $100 for on Amazon) & leaving it @ Amazon return desk @ Kohls as the clerk was attempting to tell me I needed to bring it to UPS (WITHOUT providing a prepaid label for me), I kept walking out of the store & ignored her.I bought the treadmill based on positive reviews including “great customer service”). The customer service required me to attempt to repair defective product for a $30 payout that was never given. The treadmill appeared to be cheap & shoddy & I cannot speak to its ability to function as it never actually worked. The amount of time & aggravation I went thru trying to get Amazon to remove this piece of crap from my home I will never be compensated for but have learned the lesson of being skeptical of reviews & to never buy large electronic product thru Amazon again as they will refund but not pick up defective merchandise & rather point he finger of blame on their “3rd party sellers” & leave the paying customer with the problem of disposal/removal.BUYER BEWAREI advise buying a treadmill from a brick & mortar store that will guarantee returns & buy one that costs a little more & is built better. This was by far my most disappointing purchase EVER on Amazon & I buy lots of things

If it last, it was worth the money
Okay. So I read a lot of reviews and they either are terrible or excellent. Mine is mostly positive. Now mind you, I just set this up today(4/26/25) and I ran on it for all of 1 minute. So if there is no update on this review, just know it’s still working and going strong…So set up is straight forward and easy. I’m super mechanically dumb so that fact I could set it up means it’s easy. The box is heavy but not terrible. It was wrapped really well and no parts were damaged. The base and the arms are short. Not a fan of that. But the screen is bright and responsive. I didn’t try the buttons on the arms or the Bluetooth. The incline SUCKS!!!! It’s maybeeeeeee a 3% grade. So don’t buy it for the incline. You will be sadly disappointed. The base is shorter than my old horizon but for my size(5’6) amd my stride length it was fine. I was worried about deck width because people were complaining about it but it was the exact same width as my old horizon. So no complaints there.I’m a speed/distance runner so I popped the speed over 6mph. It went in nicely. No resistance, belt skip or any problems like that. I posted a video so you could see. It’s not to loud either.IF, and that’s a big if… If it last, it will be a great buy for under 400. But we’ll see. I’ll update if things go south
