Results-driven and Realistic Fitness Program
This program has been everything I have been looking for in a fitness program. I committed to 90 days of fitness and after only a few weeks, I’m seeing results in my commitment, determination, and fitness level. The program seems to always be one step ahead of me and knows exactly what I need!

Yes!!!! I love this journal
I hate looking at video exercises. Someone it either goes too fast or too slow, plus I am limited on were I can exercise due to having to need a place were to watch the videos. This journal has everything you need to exercise successfully (except the dumbells). It is well written. Tbe writing is short and to the point. It also has short videos on how to perform the exercises if there is any doubt although the pictures has been clear to me. It also has way more like community support and an app that I have no intention to use for now so can’t speak to it. I have consistently exercising and seeing good changes in my body. This journal was well thought and design if you are serious about exercising but doesnt know were to start buy this book. Just be aware of the version you buy. I love working out with dumbell so that is what I brought.

Great, easy substitute for a personal trainer at home
I am no longer going to personal training sessions, but want to continue my strength training at home. I am not yet at the point of being able to create my own workout programs and, while there are a ton of great YouTube videos, that seemed overwhelming. This book is simple – all I need to do is show up for myself a few times a week, open to a workout and complete the exercises. Each workout in the journal is linked to online instruction, which I found helpful to refresh my memory of a technique or learn something new. I also like that I can log my reps and weights right on the workout page. Overall, I am doing really well with this approach to my home strength training and I like it so much that I just ordered the stretching book. My only caution is that some of the exercises are done on a bench and I did not have a bench at first – I ended up purchasing a low cost one from Amazon and I’m glad I did.

Great for true beginners like me
This book has been very helpful for me. It tells you exactly what to do each day. Each day has a QR code to scan so you can watch instructional videos on how to properly do each exercise. You will need access to at least 4 sets of different size dumbbells, a yoga mat/workout mat, and an incline bench. My apartment complex’s gym has all this, thankfully. You can’t do this book with just one set of dumbbells. It has 66 days of workouts. So if you do 2 workouts a week, you will finish the book in about 6 months or so. Great value! The one thing I don’t love are the HITT days. Ugh, they can be really challenging as an obese person. They don’t involve dumbbells, so it’s not directly related to the theme of the book. Still, I get value from it and solider through.Overall, I love filling out the journal and feeling accomplished.

A fantastic way to start a weightlifting habit
I bought this more to help with establishing the habit of weightlifting, I did have some previous knowledge of how to lift. As I began, I realized I didn’t remember as much as I thought- the QR codes that went directly to the exercise were invaluable to ensuring I was lifting correctly. Being able to track in a hard copy was great to show me my progress and increase if able.I finished this in about 13 weeks, at the end of which I can absolutely say I looked and felt better but also had established the habit of weightlifting. I wasn’t sure what to do AFTER the 13 weeks, but it only took about a week to find a YouTuber that I liked. I’m in my late 40s and I feel stronger and healthier than I have in years. I’m down 30 lbs, and it all started with this book and a desire to finish it. To say that this is a value for the money diminishes what it accomplished- establishing a habit that has likely added years of quality and health to my life.

Excellent
Okay, I love collecting workout products, even if I don’t use them. At one time, I was the queen of workout dvds. At one time, I was lifting more than some of the guys and putting three hour shifts in at the gym. For the past five years, I’ve completely neglected exercise in favor of being a mom and wife and work and adulting. So my favorite fantasy is working out. I daydream a lot. Haven’t figured out how to work it into my schedule. I don’t like working out without structure. I had been looking at these books for a while. I knew I would probably not follow through with using it. So I purchased it, immediately loved it, then had something else sidetracked me to prevent me from using it. Even though I can’t talk about results, I love the way this is set up, and look forward to it.

I purchased this at the start of 2025; I used the Gym Partner book years ago (just before COVID). I love that they are detailed, easy to follow, and allow the user room for adjusting for, well, life. But it makes sure to teach the user accountability – maybe that’s why resolutions fail for many. It is a support guide, and is great for anyone no matter their level of experience – those returning to a healthier lifestyle, or those who want a change in routine.

Just got it today. Couple of notes – it does take a while to arrive. Mine was definitely over the estimate but it’s the times. When I got it the only minus as you see in the pics – the book came right off the backing. It seems like it was missing glue to connect it to the spine so technically cover was held by thin paper.Amazon addressed it and gave credit. I did not want to return as it is still usable. Just a bit of a meh experience in terms of product looks/quality.Lots of info inside, which is cool, looking forward to trying it out.

Book arrived with binding already breaking/ripping. Otherwise the contents are as described. I’m just wondering how long it will actually hold up..
