Great product
I tried this product out because I was looking for a boost to to my nutrition. I got tired of the commercial chewable/pill vitamins that seem to have holes in their vitamin/nutrition or were incredibly expensive. I have been using this product for about 2 months.Its a very sheer powder – it mixes easily in water with a fork. The taste is easy to adjust to; it tastes like sweet wheatgrass. It’s not very gritty and it feels like it absorbs pretty quickly. I have extra energy and focus on the days I take it and it has helped curb sugar cravings.As someone who had the bariatric surgery, I’m pleased to have found something that helps me maintain my daily nutrition needs without added sugar or extra carbs while being reasonably priced. I also appreciate that it’s not a pill or a chewable product – it is easy for my body to absorb.

Great addition for smoothies
I purchased Ancient Nutrition SuperGreens Powder for my mom after she heard about it from Dr. Axe on TV. My uncle also recommended the product. I loved the pure, healthy ingredients. My mom does not eat vegetables or fruit often so I was hoping this could give her a boost. Well, I ended up using it for myself in my morning smoothies! Personally, we think the taste is awful if just mixed in water. But if mixed in some vanilla almond milk or a smoothie, it is more palatable. I find it does give me a slight energy boost. Will continue to take.

Great boost for energy and digestion!
I have been drinking this daily for the last several days. So far I have noticed significant improvements in my digestion and natural energy. I’m having far less bloating, and after a hearty Turkey Day meal, I was able to snap back to regularity. My skin also feels better and looks brighter. The taste is a bit more earthy than I am used to, but that was expected given the organic nature of the ingredients. The only thing I have mixed with this is unflavored collagen, it is still very drinkable and not thick or chunky. I would recommend mixing with a fruit smoothie if that taste is challenging for you. Given all the of nutrients and benefits I have already seen, this is a great way to get in some key ingredients, especially if you live a busy, on the go lifestyle.

How to Get through the taste
I mix mine with abt 8oz of ocean spray orange mango and shoot it. The ancient nutrition plus vitamins has a great positive effect on my life. Enhances mood and energy without jitters like caffeine. If you try it with water, good luck. It taste like if you licked seaweed that was soaked in pond water….maybe that is why it works so good. Don’t be a sissy, just buck up and chug it. If you stick with it, you will see a difference. I only noticed when I quit taking it. I was lethargic, bloated, and less mentally clear. I only can vouch for the ones with vitamins.

Tried them all, this is the winner hands down.
I have tried 5 other “super greens” including the most expensive brand with the billion dollar marketing campaign. This product out does them all. Also there are no sweeteners in it which is important to me. The “Mint” flavor is very nice and strikes a balance of taste without extra stuff like Stevia. While the product is more expensive than a few others if offers the best balance of price and performance. My digestive track show noticeable improvement. It is now my go to for daily nutritional improvement.

Quality is not the same as the 25 serving container.
Not very impressed with the big bag. I always get the 25 serving container and absolutely love these greens! I’ve been buying ancient nutrition super greens for almost two years and I recommend to everyone I know. But the greens in the bag tasted like watered down beets and after a few weeks of using them I don’t feel the same taking these as I do with the smaller container. The company told me the batches vary but I would think the product would be the same even with different packaging and after two years of consistent color and quality the bag is not the same as the container.
