Best beginner book I’ve seen yet!
This book is fantastic. It is so informative and well written. There’s even a section that gives you stretches to do for certain exercises/activities, like biking. My husband and I love it, and will take this info and practice it with our kids.

Looks great for someone my age.
Well organized with stretches that start as easy as needed and continue to push slowly toward more strength and flexibility. Great purchase and I’ll definitely be recommending it.

The author provides smart, well written information. The illustrations are great as are the supporting details. I purchased two books. One looks like it has food sauce splashes. I do like hard cover, or a thicker cover. But has a nice texture and also, the font is perfect even without reading glasses. Illustrations include both men and women, so that is nice. TY.

Excellent book for starting to exercise. It is written in such and easy way to understand . I am in my 80s and I find the sketches so easy to see that I am doing the right thing. I would recommend to all those people that don’t know where to start to get book and go forward.

Overall not a bad little book, especially if your new to exercise or to stretching, my advice is read the whole book from cover to cover before starting any of the stretches, and if you have never done any stretching then start slowly and build up as your fitness and flexibility improves, this book will give you a good foundation to build on, and as the author says listen to your body it will let you know if there is a problem, all in all worth the money.
