Persevere to reward
So as you can see from the photos the instructions were kind of chewed up when we got it but my wife and I persevered and a little less than an hour we had a complete machine.Have yourself a socket set ready with a 17mm socket and a 3/16″ socket and also a pair of pliers and that’s all you needIf you can get a Helper you can have the thing together in less than an hour.My wife and I did it and we didn’t get a divorce.

About a years use and needs parts replaced. The contact listed on the instruction manual for parts does not answer

Don’t order from them. 1st off the packaging is a mess made it seem like someone else had returned it and they shipped it liked that to us. 2nd, the instructions are very bad. 3rd the product came damaged and some parts didn’t even fit correctly, we asked for a return and they didn’t want to give it to us. They kept saying that they would only refund us $40 off and to let them know what parts were wrong so they can replace them and when we finally did let them know what parts, they didn’t want to send it to us and to this day we still have not received any replacement parts. Please dont spend your money on them, find someone else to purchase this item.

Soldering work is imperfect
The swing arm tilts to the left due to the imperfect soldering of the arm mount points on the center beam. When the soldering is imperfect, the arms will be off-center. The seller suggests to loosen the screw and move the arms to the correct place but there’s no space or wiggle room for any kind of adjustment. My issue is pending a resolution but this early review is a caution to potential buyers. It’s important to know the soldering quality when making on-line purchases of heavy machines. If the soldering process is by machine, then misalignment is seldom to none; otherwise, manual work is subject to mistakes so now you know what you’re dealing with.Update: The defective part was shipped promptly and arrived in a week’s time and it corrected the alignment issue. I’m satisfied with the outcome; however, dissapointed with the whole experience of having a defective product from the get go. The customer service department gets an A.

Loved it!! Perfect size. I’ve been looking for one of these for a while. I was torn between buying this one and the other one I see on here for double the cost. So happy I bought this one. No problems at all. The seat is great, no odd movements or sounds, love the hand grips. Great design. Let’s see how long it’ll last because I feel this was too good to be true. Purchased a couple of months ago.
