Happy so far, great features, and I figured out how to use the remote camera feature!
This arrived today, and I’m pretty jazzed about it. I was tired of having to choose whether I wanted my apple watch for steps during the day or sleep at night, cause during one of those time it needs to be charged each day. I am mostly ecited to wear the ring for sleep, or for special occasions when I’d rather not be wearing a fitness watch. It’s a bulky ring like all fitness rings, but for less than a 4th of the price of the big name in smart rings, and no silly monthly subscription, this was absolutely the right choice. So far, I am getting a good step count (though the delay in displaying this data is a bit annoying), and I really like taking my BP this way. I had a BP machine squeeze the heck out of my arm once, so they give me anxiety now, and it was great to have a reading when my anxiety was not through the roof. I compared heart rate and blood oxygen to my Apple Watch and got the same reading, so accuracy seems on par with other fitness devices.Edited to add: Sleep tracking does not seem as accurate as on the Apple Watch – I know I was awake at 4am the first night and it didn’t catch it. But I think it’s still good enough to be helpful. I have found that it won’t sync your sleep data until you’ve been up and moving for a bit so don’t be concerned if it doesn’t load the instant you wake up.Beginning day 3 with the ring and I still have 54% battery.Like another reviewer, I wasn’t able to find any company provided info about how to use the camera which is an oversight, but I figured it out and am happy to share! In the app, click on the icon in the top right that has your paired ring. Then choose “More settings” and “Photograph”. I was getting a message that said Remind: camera not available (clear as mud),on this screen you need to click “Sure”. It will take you to your phone’s camera settings to enable permissions. I allowed all access. Then came back to the app. After the ring disconnected and reconnected, clicking into Photograph then let me open a camera within the app. It appears it will take a picture after you wave with the hand you are wearing the ring with. Pretty nifty.

Milavan Smart Ring – Small but Incredibly Smart! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ve been using the Milavan Smart Ring for a few weeks now, and honestly, I’m impressed by how much tech is packed into such a tiny, stylish accessory.Fit & Comfort:Before buying, I followed the size guide and measured my finger—definitely a must. The ring is super slim (only 2mm thick!) and surprisingly comfortable. I often forget I’m even wearing it, which is great during workouts or sleep.Health Tracking:The real game-changer for me has been the health monitoring features. It checks my heart rate, blood oxygen, and blood pressure every 30 minutes automatically—no manual input needed. The data syncs smoothly with the app and gives me a helpful overview of my wellness throughout the day.Sleep Insights:I love the sleep tracker. It breaks down my deep and light sleep cycles, REM phases, and how often I wake up. The reports are clear and have actually helped me improve my nightly routine.Fitness & Sports Modes:This little ring supports 8 workout types (including yoga and golf!). I mostly use it for running and cycling, and it tracks steps, heart rate, distance, and calories with solid accuracy. It’s especially handy during outdoor activities since it records routes too.Battery Life:I charge it maybe twice a week—it usually lasts me around 4 days on a full charge. Plus, charging only takes about an hour, so it’s easy to stay powered up.Bonus Features:The remote photo capture is a fun extra—I’ve used it a couple of times for group shots. I also like the “care mode,” which lets me share health data with my partner. It’s a thoughtful feature for families or couples keeping an eye on each other’s wellness.Verdict:If you’re looking for a sleek, unobtrusive alternative to bulky fitness watches, this ring is a fantastic choice. It’s smart, stylish, and surprisingly powerful. Just make sure you size it right!I will add few pics of this product on my hand in the coming weeks

amazing, except the charging box stopped working
this ring was everything i could’ve asked for, however i am giving it 3 stars due to the charging box no longer working after one use, ive used the ring for 5 days so far and have no other complaints other than the charging box not working. it did come with a corded charger but i really liked the idea of the box for being able to charge it anywhere or just throw it in my purse while im not using it.

False data, Inaccurate App
False data👎🏼AI trackingCouple days in a row. I woke up at 7am, data of blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen was showing up to 1pm.Showing >4000steps while I was sleeping, and over 1700 steps performing at 2-2:30am., impossible data.Last night, I did not wear the ring to sleep, woke up with a sleep report, BP, HR, steps count till 1pm, but it was 7am. Totally inaccurate data.

Great quality product!
Everything about this SmartHealth ring has been smooth. When I received my first one, it didn’t fit and the replacement was at my house two days later. The set up is absolutely streamlined and easy. I am adept in technology, but even my elementary school students could have set it up. The appearance is exactly as displayed online and so far seems durable. I am pretty rough on jewelry. It took me some time to figure out how many days it would last on one charge, but charge mine when I go to the gym so I can have it for sleep quality measurements at night.

Sleep tracker works for two days
Updating my review I had problems with sleep tracker working but it’s bc it was too tight it started working again when I switched hands. I recommend buying a ring size up. Blood pressure may not be 100 percent accurate. Overall I like this product and glad I purchase it
