Do not recommend to buy
I bought this set, but honestly I don’t really use it. The rings are too small for my hands — I think they could be a bit bigger to be more comfortable. The red egg-shaped ball is also quite small and uncomfortable to use, so I ended up not using that one at all. I feel like this set might be better suited for people with very small hands. Still, for the price, it’s okay. I’d give it 3 to 4 stars overall.

Helps in old age,
At my age I needed to exercise my hands to prevent me dropping things. This collection was inexpensive and very helpful in preventing further loss of my hand grip.
