Decent Addition for Home Exercise
These work fairly well . They do tend to fold up, tangle and cut into my legs when I use them. I cannot get them to stay on straight when I use them on the upper part of my legs. I do find it helpful that they are different colors for the different resistance because I do put them in a bag and I can grab it quickly to do the different workouts that I do. They take up so little room. You could bring them anywhere which I have done when I visit my family just to do a few minutes at night. For the price, I am pleased..

My husband is not a fan of this product. He says the resistance is not enough, despite the 3 levels. What I do like is each band indicates if it’s heavy, medium or light resistance right on them, so you do not need to memorize what color is which. The product is decent enough if you are looking for something reasonably priced or if you are just starting to incorporate bands into your workout.Â
