Great Exercise Ball
I bought this ball in black for residential use. I have been teaching fitness for many years and use exercise balls in my group exercise classes at the gym. This ball is just as sturdy as the ones used in the gym (which are commercial grade). I had no problem inflating the ball. I use it pretty much on a daily basis, and really like it. It retains air and is a good value for the money.

It works great for my hip replacement PT I’m sure I’m gonna use it after for strength exercising. I’m 71 years old. I’m gonna be 72 in a few months. I plan on staying in shape till I take my last breath.

Seems to be good quality, but I ordered a 75 cm ball and it doesn’t seem to be as big as the ones I have ordered in the past. Should have went with the 85 cm. I am 6 ft tall

Height guide depends on your use
I ordered the 75 cm ball per my physical therapist, even though the listing said it was for people around 6 ft tall and I am only 5 ft. I guess it depends on what you are using it for as this ball is a perfect size for what I need it for. It took a little while to pump it up with the enclosed hand pump, but it did the job fine.
