Bungee Fitness Set
I’m 74 years old and I love this bungee exercise. I’m not flying through the air, but with the simple starter videos on YouTube I’m getting a cardio workout! Easy on my knees! I’ve been walking for years and this is a nice change. We have exposed wooden beams in our living room – 8 foot ceiling – and it hooked up to the beam with no problems. Easy set-up, easy to use, and easy on my body! I would recommend this for anyone looking for an alternative exercise that’s fun!

Great workout
works great, works better with taller ceilings. Best Christmas present my kids got this year.. their words. The harness is not the most comfortable but other than that its great.

If I knew how to upload a video to Amazon I would. I bought this for my grandsons for Christmas and it is the biggest hit. My daughter posted videos of her sons on Facebook and I had several people ask me where to buy on for their house. I think I may be responsible for this company doing well in the next year. I posted how to order under their videos. I did buy a smaller harness and a bigger harness so all the kids who come to her house can have a turn. It was put up the day after Christmas and has been used every day.

It’s kind of fun. Hoping my experience gets much better in near future.
Harness hurts legs and my rib cage/abdomin. Going to try seatbelt shoulder pads. The bungee feels secure but it isn’t very bouncy. I’m definitely not doing any flying yet. I was expecting more anti gravity feel. Hoping to update this with better results in the future.

Great product for home workouts!
This bungee system is great for your home workout. It is high cardio but low impact. Your joints will thank you! I did have to purchase a specific belt for my exact weight so if your weight changes you may need to buy an additional band for that. The same goes if you are using it for multiple persons in the household. I also purchased the ceiling hook to hang the product in my garage ceiling. This is a great way to enjoy the bungee workouts in the comfort of your home for a fraction of the cost of the gym.

Awesome I love it
This thing is awesome. I use it for playing VR games as I’m 51 years old and Definitely can’t be falling tripping over stuff. Great quality, very secure When i’m wearing it i’m very comfortable. It has definitely up my gaming. I can fly jump and do anything. I want that hurt myself or others. I’m definitely be buying one for my wife soon.
