Customers say

Customers love this protein powder for its 38 grams of protein and great taste, with one noting it's exactly like a chocolate milkshake. The product mixes well with both water and milk, and customers find it affordable and of good quality. They appreciate its low sugar content and calorie-to-protein ratio. While some customers say it fills them up even with one scoop, others note the container is only half full. Customers report issues with the product getting clumpy.

Great, simple product that helps in the Gym and on the Scale
This is my go-to protein powder for meal replacements and getting into shape, especially when I’m not hungry but have to make sure I meet nutritional goals throughout the day/week. I had used Premier Protein for about 8 months while transitioning to keto, and lost 45 pounds over the course of six months (drinking it in combination with a lean diet and a regular workout routine. I had taken a pause when I was pregnant with my son. Now, returning to keto, it’s made cutting out sugar and meeting my protein goals a lot more manageable.I would highly recommend mixing with milk (or a milk alternative if you’re lactose intolerant, which I am). While it can be mixed with water, the taste and texture of the drink leaves a lot to be desired when it is. I find the drink is a lot more filling when it is mixed with milk. I would also recommend getting a shaker bottle, because mixing with a spoon or trying to prepare a drink on the go can leave chunks of mix.All in all, if you want a clear-cut, easy to stomach protein powder as you transition back into the gym, or just something to drink as a meal replacement while you’re trying to get healthy/lose some weight, I definitely recommend! (Salted-caramel is my favorite!)

I see reviews saying it doesn’t mix well.
That’s kinda the drawback of most protein powders I’ve tried. You can’t just put some in a glass of water or milk and stir it with a spoon and hope for the best.If you don’t already invest in some blender bottles or even just a good water bottle with a good lid. You will need to shake the heck out of it to mix it unless you are making smoothies with it.I’ve tried both the chocolate and the cafe latte. I’ve yet to do the vanilla because I normally don’t care for vanilla straight up. In fruit smoothies and stuff it works well but I don’t use it in smoothies enough to warrant buying a batch of it.Both are delicious but cafe latte is my favorite by far. I need to order my chocolate again though because the one draw back to the cafe latte is its caffeine content. Which in the morning is great but sometimes I like a shake before bed (like an hour or so before) and that’s no bueno to have caffeine like that that close to bed. But flavor wise it’s one of the best I’ve had. Simple an no over bearing flavor. I have a 28 oz blender bottle I fill like 3/4 up with unsweetened almond milk and then add two somewhat heaping scoops of the powder and shake it all up and it’s so delicious I always want another one afterwards lol. The chocolate is delicious as well but it’s nothing spectacular. It’s chocolate protein powder. I like it and if you like chocolate protein powder you’ll like it as well. But again. It’s nothing special but it is really really good.As for filling at least at my current state it’s not always the best. But that could just be me. I’m used to eating way more than I should. But I have found that it does help to maintain a fullness and not require near as much food to make it happen. I banana and one of these shakes and I’m great until the next meal. Or use it in a fruit smoothie with half a banana and it’s the same result. So if you’re already skinny and or adapt to eating smaller meals and portions I think it would do ya well. If your like me and just trying to drop weight and used to eating big meals grab a banana or another piece of fruit to go along with it. Especially if you’re headed for an active day.Protein powders are expensive. And even this on here is a bit expensive for what you get but it is one of the cheaper ones and it’s absolutely solid. I would recommend checking Sam’s Club or other bulk food stores if you have a membership. If they have it in stock you can get almost double the amount for about ten bucks more (much better deal!)People also talking about lids being hard. My chocolate one was nothing short of easy. The cafe latte one was on there good. I unscrewed it some and then popped it off (I’m not muscular at all. I’m using these shakes as meal replacements and after cardio recovery (I’m working on getting into shape again after many many years of not caring. After a 45 minute brisk walk my legs are screaming. A shower and a shake and I’m feeling like I could take on the world). Once I got the lid off and the paper covering off the lid works just fine. So keep in mind. Unscrew it as much as you can then pop it off.My Sam’s club has only been carrying the shakes not the powder (which I prefer as 1 you can do more with it and 2 out fridge is always full of other stuff so not having to make more room and just making the shakes as needed works better) so I just order here for now. That said barring some crazy recall or something I will stick with premier as it works well, the price is right, and the taste is perfectly fine (except the latte. That one is amazing)Sorry for the long review but I just wanted to clear a few things up from what I was seeing on these other reviews as well as give my input. Hope this helps!

    Salted caramel truffle protein powder
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This flavor is very sweet. I mixed it with milk for an extra boost of protein. I use a shaker with the metal ball and it mixes/shakes without lumps. This is perfect for a decadent dessert. There’s a mug cake recipe on the tub that sounds delicious. I love all the premier flavors. The peach is my very top flavor. Most are really good. You just have to find the ones you like the most. The 30 gms of protein are perfect. I need to get 90 gms a day and these take a big bite out of that number. Buying the powder and adding your own water or milk is a little bit more cost effective, but if you’re in a hurry, keep some of the bottles in the fridge for a grab and go meal.

Blend with a blender or coffee frother. You don’t want clumps in your shake.
I was pleased with the purchase because I was expecting that aftertaste of whey. I didn’t really notice that with this. I would strongly recommend getting a blender or a frother. Mixing with a spoon leaves clumps and the texture is annoying. once I got a frother, it blended very well and was tasty.

    Great taste & filling!
Love this protein powder as a meal replacement! I feel like I’ve tried SO many over the years, but I’ll be sticking with this one. Does what it says it does! I can drink one at breakfast or lunch & feel full for hours. Energy stays up, doesn’t hurt my stomach, highly effective & container came in perfect condition. I mix a banana, some ice, a little milk, & a little water with 2 scoops in a magic bullet blender. Can skip the milk if you don’t want the dairy & use more water. Can also freeze your bananas & then use less ice. 🙂 I used to work at Smoothie King, & I’d choose this taste & long lasting protein shake over any I used to make there. Plus, it’s a fraction of the cost!

    Surprising
I thought this powder might have strange or different taste of the drink. But it doesn’t. On the powder, it’s not hard to take out the powder. The powder is thin. With the item it comes with a spoon (don’t know what type of spoon) to take out the powder. When you put the powder in the milk (I think people use milk not water) it gets stuck in for a while. When stirring the drink the powder starts to go away “only” stir for a long time. If you see the powder on the cup just use a spoon or anything you can stir with. Just push it off the side of cup. During drinking it you feel energetic for a little time. It might upset the stomach if u drink it too much.

I don’t love it but it’s drinkable and there were no lumps. Very smooth but does taste too sweet. I’m happy though because it has so little sugar in it.

Moi qui déteste les poudres proteïnés à cause de l’arrière goût. C’est la première fois que j’en trouve une qui me convienne
