Based on the product information, we recommend Antinol Plus for medium to large dogs (over 45 lbs) experiencing mobility issues, limping, or signs of joint discomfort. It is also an excellent choice for pet parents seeking a clinically proven, fast-acting alternative to traditional glucosamine supplements. The 120-count bottle is ideal for a 30 to 60-day supply for a single large dog or for households with multiple dogs.
Conclusion
Antinol Plus is a premium, scientifically-backed joint supplement that stands out with its patented blend of green-lipped mussel and krill oils. It delivers on its promise of fast-acting mobility support, with many pet parents reporting significant improvements in their dogs' joint health and comfort. While the product is highly effective and easy to administer for most, potential buyers should consider the higher price point and that the pill size may not be suitable for every dog. Overall, it is a powerful option for owners of medium to large dogs seeking proven joint relief.

Our vet recommended it to us at a much higher price
Our vet recommended that we start using this on our 11 year-old Golden Retriever. They were more than happy to sell it to us at about double the Amazon price, but a vet tech told us to try Amazon first. We had no idea we could find it here, but I’m glad we did.I strongly suggest using the Subscribe and Save option, since the cost is so much lower.Even though we have been giving our dog glucosamine daily for her arthritic hips, Antinol definitely made a difference in her mobility, and I assume pain level as well, within a month on the recommended first-month booster amount of 4 gel caps per day. She’s happier and so are we!

Great product
Recommended by the veterinarian surgeon. I have used this product for years now and feel that they do help with my dog’s recovery and relief. She has no problem taking them so I can only surmise that they taste okay. There have been no adverse reactions for her. The pill size is small so they can be hidden if needed. This has been the best value I have found.

So thankful that this works!
Update: it’s been 4 months since my initial review and I’m happy to report that my dog no longer limps at all. I can tell he still has a bit of pain when leaning heavily on his leg as he has to adjust its position or it shakes a little, but overall he is doing amazing. He runs around like a puppy and, even when he’s been resting for a long time at night, he has no limp when he gets up. We take nice, long walks in the morning and he’s started to show more interest in toys and play again. It did take longer than the month or 6 weeks that they say will show “maximum results.” I’d say it took us more like 4 months or so. I’m glad we didn’t give up too soon!Hopefully this will be a helpful review for anyone who has a similar situation with their pup. Our dog absolutely hates going to the vet. He has to be on a sedative for every vist, and, even then, he still shakes and whines and has to have both my husband and I there to navigate everything. It’s a big deal to go to the vet, and so we can’t put our dog on an injections or meds that require frequent appointments. When our dog started limping on his front leg, I tried several recommended supplements and chews to help. But nothing really did and the limp got worse within a couple weeks. We did finally go to the vet and were able to get our dog on daily Gabapentin to help with the pain when our vet thought he was experiencing chronic inflammation. Thankfully, Gabapentin doesn’t require frequent vet visits, but we realized quickly that he needed something more to deal with the inflammation. After reading about Antinol and the studies showing its effectiveness at combating inflammation, I decided to give it a try. We are now about 35 days into giving it to our dog every day, and the results have been AMAZING. Not only is our dog ridiculously soft and his coat super shiny from the Omega-3, but he’s showing signs of much less pain. He’s able to walk with me every morning for about 45 minutes, he runs around and plays with toys like he hadn’t done in awhile. He still has a bit of a limp when getting up from resting at night, but it quickly goes away as he walks. I’m SO relieved that Antinol is helping him so much. At 8 years old, he should still have several happy years ahead of him.

Good for older dogs
This product was recommended by my vet for my aging dog. It really did help her, she started to run a little and use the stairs better. But in the end I took her off of it because she had some bowl issues and then UTI. Not sure if it was caused by this product could be a coincidence since her started a weeks after she began taking it. But it was safer to take her off.

Great mobility supplement for dogs!!
Definitely recommend this product for mobility issues in dogs. It was a slow start, but we definitely feel this supplement is helping our 4 year old lab-whippet mix who was diagnosed with hip dysplasia at a year old.She is still a young active dog, but we had noticed she was moving around less because of pain when she was too active. After adding this product we have seen that she can do those mile walks again without being in pain for 2 days after.A couple of notes:* we had to do a ramp up of supplement because our pup is so sensitive to new things. If you have a similar situation, so be put off by tge recommendation of starting with the higher dosage right away. You can do slow buildup instead, just be aware you might nit see instantaneous results. For us they were slower.* we noticed a weight increase after taking the supplement. This is likely from the fish oil (omega-3), as we dealt with similar issues with other dogs. We just reduced the amount of food we give our pup by about 1/4cup a day, as well as being consistent about regular walks.* plan ahead for having enough of the supplement on hand, as you go through the bottle quickly when you have larger dog. The one time we had to reduce down for a few days we could see that mobility was harder. It’s very important to stay consistent.* this product can be taken with other joint supplements. Just make sure to review with your vet what the best treatment plan for you dog is.

Antinol Plus has made a big difference in my dog’s joint health. After just a couple of weeks I noticed she was moving more comfortably and getting up with less stiffness especially in the mornings. She’s an older dog and we have tried other supplements like glucosamine and chondroitin but this one showed faster and more noticeable results. The soft gels are easy to give either on their own or mixed in with food and she doesn’t seem to mind the taste at all. I love that it uses natural ingredients like green-lipped mussels and krill oil which are known to support inflammation and joint health. She’s back to enjoying longer walks and even a little playtime in the yard which I haven’t seen in a while. If your dog is slowing down due to joint issues this is absolutely worth trying.

My poodle is 10 years old and she developed some joint issue in the past few weeks. She limped when she get up from sitting position and start to walk. She is always on salmon oil, glucosamine /chondroitin supplement and these does seems to help for her condition now. I am so happy to found Antinol Plus for trying out as a replacement of her omega supplement. She is 13lb and I gave her 1 capsule squeezed on her dog kibble. She seems like to taste of the oil. After a little more than a week, the limping magically stopped and there is less clicking noise for her joint too. She is now jumping and running around the house like a puppy now. This supplement is Made in USA and it is 100% natural from the green lipped mussel oil and Krill oil. It will cost me around $1.25 per day for my small dog. It definitely improve her mobility issue and I will continue to give her to maintain her bone and joint health. I am so glad I found this!

My baby is a 5 years old small breed. She’s still relatively young but it’s never too early to start supplements. She takes 1 pill a day according to the instruction, so this bottle of 60 pills will last her 2 months, averaging $1.50 day @ $90 per bottle. I can imagine for bigger breeds that require more pills per day, this can get expensive quick! It’s way too early to say whether this supplement is helping my baby, however I will continue to give this to her as a prevention, just like how I take daily vitamins.

I received this Antinol Plys mobility supplement 06/2025 and it is best before 12/2026. The bottle contains 60 softgels, and the dose varies according to the weight of your pet. I have an XL dog (150 pounds) so he takes the highest dose of this supplement, which is 4 softgels per day. For my XL dog, this bottle of 60 softgels will last 15 days (approximately two weeks). The softgels are very small, and being a softgel they are easy to pierce with a pin so that I can then squeeze the contents onto my dog’s food. He seems to enjoy consuming the supplement this way. The softgels have a very mild fishy odor, much less fishy than the omega supplements that I myself take, and they don’t give my dog fishy breath afterwards. My dog has been taking these supplements for ten days now, and so far, so good. I havent noticed any adverse effects on my dog – no tummy troubles etc.
