Velcro strap should be stronger
This carrier is a great size, holds phone and other items easily and securely. The strap is not as good as the one I used to use. My arm is medium to small, and the strap does fit. A larger arm might not fit well. The strap is very stretchy, not like true Velcro, which is stiff and sticks together very tightly. This strap is too elastic and not a strong hold, so I need to work a bit to get it to stay securely. Once I accomplish that, the carrier works well.

Nice and roomy
. It’s way better quality than the equally priced alternative. I bought both ,but only use this one. Fits my Iphone XR with the Otter case. Strap reaches around 18″ max, so I add a velcro strap extension to fit around my thigh.

Roomy case with a great inside pocket but phone sticks
Roomy enough for iPhone Pro Max with a case but the clear vinyl on the case keeps getting stuck to the phone screen which makes it hard to pull the phone out.I love the extra pocket inside of the zippered case!

This cellphone pouch is a high quality product that can fit my iPhone 15 Pro Max very comfortably, plus other stuff that I don’t want to keep in the same pocket (I.e., bills or other items that might come out when I take my phone out). The zippers, the materials and the Velcro strap are just perfect. I use this for my leg, not my arms, so the bigger size is not an issue at all. I had another similar product before, but the Velcro got damaged very quickly and the strap design didn’t keep the pouch in place (strap kept twisting and slipping down). Then I got another product from a different vendor and the zipper broke at the first use. This product is definitely superior, and the 3 pockets vs just 2 is the feature that made me buy this product in the first place. Highly recommended!
