    Excellent pysiotherapeutic peanut
Searched for something like this for a long time and finally found one that is the right size for my neck. Some peanuts are too big and this is perfect. It’s made very well and it will last a lifetime.

Sending back- good; but not for what I needed for
My physical therapist advised me to get one of these to rest the base of my skull on, just above my neck. This one is too close together to work for that. I also tried it on my neck and it didn’t fit well for that either. I think it would be great for other areas. Sending back and getting one that adjusts to different widths.

    Great for travel
I’ve been using this to release tension and ‘stuck stress’ in my neck, shoulders and upper back due work related postures. I recently took it with me on a short weekend trip instead of packing a foam roller and was impressed at how effective it was at releasing tightness in my calves, thighs, and hips after sitting in a car for over 3 hours. For the upper body, i use it while leaning up against a wall so no yoga/exercise mat needed.

    Fast and great product!
The shipping and delivery time was incredibly fast! The product is made very well, and is of high quality. I am very glad I was able to obtain this as fast I did, as I needed it for a teaching program that was starting in a few days, and I since I didn’t act on getting supplies as soon as the course list was sent out, I had to do the last minute thing. Fortunately, it worked out very well, but this is a fantastic resource for needed products and I will order in good time, next time!

Manual relieve for back and neck pain
I used this peanut ball to relieve my back and neck pain. It is solid and firm so it gives pressure to the pain area. It is not very heavy so it is easy to carry around. I put it behind my back or my neck while standing against the wall and press it to the wall while rolling it. It helps relieve the pain, but it is quite tiring to stand and position the ball on the area and at the same time making sure it won’t fall . It is not very convenient for neck because it pulls my hair while I roll it. I have neck length hair so I have to wrap up my hair so it won’t get to the way. I am still using it.

    Great little helper
Such a great product to use on your neck and back. I get pretty tense on the upper part of my back so using these has been great at relieving some of it. It’s small and easy to put away and can be used for multiple things. Definitely worth the money!

Bought this specifically for upper back and neck area as I have almost constant issues there due to repetitive movement at work and general poor posture! It works brilliantly, much better than my massage roller which I paid a lot more for. Perfectly sized and easy to use and glides smoothly on the skin. Very happy with it.

Amazing for the back of my head! I was in a car accident last year and my benefits ran out. I had whiplash and the muscles that connect my head to my neck are still so damaged and tight, causing me regular and terrible migraines. This peanut ball is going to alleviate the tension and hopefully the migraines will stop. They are well made and easy to use. There is a nice instruction booklet that is included. I highly recommend this product.
