Don’t be confused by the packaging from the same company!!!
I have been purchasing this ADK10 for a while now and the last time I ordered I searched “Our Daily ADK” instead of going to my previous orders and clicking through to order. The search results returned a “2PK Our Daily ADK” for $28.99 and I thought, wow, that’s 2 90ct bottles for just a few dollars more than the single 90 ct bottle I have been getting! So, I decided to stock up and bought (3) of those 2PKs.Well, fast forward a couple of months and I decided to order a couple more 2PKs and happened to have the old bottle (from the single listing) sitting on my desk as a reminder to order….which I picked up to compare ingredients just to be sure they had not changed since my last order…and what did I discover??? I discovered the 2PK is labeled almost identically EXCEPT it is missing the number 10! So, the 2PKs says “Maximum Strength” but only has 5000IU of Vit D3 and the single in this listing says “Double Strength” and has 10000IU. Worth noting as well is that the amount of Vit A is listed in different measuring units. So, in breaking the cost per serving down, in order to get 10000IU of Vit D3, you’d need to take two of the 5000IU (duh) which is about .33 cents per serving. Interestingly, that is actually a penny more than taking one of the 10000IU daily. I’ll be buying the 10000IU again in the future… fewer pills to swallow! :)In closing, I wish Our Daily would put the number “5” after the ADK on their 5000IU bottles just like they put the number “10” on their 10000IU bottles…just to help avoid confusion for others who might not realize it at first glance.

I’m going to be taking this for life!
I first heard about the benefits of Vitamin K2 MK7 a few months ago. Many doctors are now touting the benefits of this nutrient, especially when paired with Vitamin D3. This combination works to move calcium out of your soft tissues I.e. arteries, joints, muscles etc…and to deposit that calcium where it belongs…in your bones. I immediately noticed that my blood pressure clearly improved shortly after beginning a daily regimen of Vitamin K2 and D3. After a few months I also noticed that I was suddenly free from a years long nagging pain in my right hip. Although it was never to the level of being debilitating, it was bothersome and now it’s gone. If you want to learn more about the benefits of Vitamin K2 MK7, and vitamin D3, look up videos on the subject on YouTube. I found the videos by Dr. Berg to be especially helpful.

Every 6 months, dr runs blood tests including Vitamin D levels. This absolutely does increase Vit D where others have not.

Smaller then a different brand I used to take….same dose!! Just as effective!! I’m very happy, especially at this time when I’m staying indoors far more due to the virus. Keeps my serum level of D just where it belongs!! Love the product!!
