I’ve tried a bunch of the popular pre workouts over the years and always quit them after taking them a few times. For that reason I usually abstain from pre workout. I decided to try this one because I’ve been having a tough time getting through my leg days. I knew the brand was good because I like the whey protein from them. I was pleasantly surprised the first and second time I took it because I experienced no jitters, no additional anxiety(I have anxiety) and no nausea. I got the fruit punch one and it’s pretty good. I really like it and will continue to drink this for my morning work outs. Really adds an oomph without making my heart beat a million times per minute.

I love this preworkout. Creatine Monohydrate increases phosphocreatine stores to produce more ATP to lift heavier weight, Beta-Alanine creates Carnosine to slow down lactic acid buildup so I don’t get fatigued as rapidly (noticable difference when I train till failure) and caffeine gives me the drive to keep going, and it tastes like fruit punch! If you want a preworkout, this is the one, it is 100% worth the money
