A must supplement if over 60
I took supplements when I was lifting weights in my previous years. This time of supplement was a must for recovery. Now at 60 I use it to keep my muscles alive. It tastes great and I can feel the results in 30 minutes, it’s a must have for keeping muscles active at any age , but for people over 60 it gives the supplements we dont get from food as our digestive system slows down

Cost cutting measures and a lack of quality packaging or negatives
I’ve been using ON Amino Energy drink in various flavors for about three years now. Works really well to keep me alerts and attentive during the work dayTwo issues though. You’ve shrunk the size of the scoop by about 50% (I assume it’s a cost cutting measure, because it isn’t a question of fitting in the container) and now I have to go digging around for it more so than the bigger scoop. Now I have powder on my heads and counterSecond, what’s with the super duper difficult lid to get off? I’ve worked with my hands for years so I’m not weak, but I actually sliced my fingertips on the lid trying to unscrew a brand new container.

Grape is a winner.
I’ve tried a couple of flavors of this, and grape is the best by far (so far). Tastes yummy, almost nostalgic.Gives me a nice energy kick on mornings where I feel like I am fighting to wake up or get a workout in. No side effects, no crashes or anything. It also doesn’t make me feel thirsty, and I truly feel like I’m less sore from workouts whenever I take this before.Great value, I’d say, for the servings you get – and would probably last a while if not used daily. I mix it with creatine in a bunch of water, and that’s it! Good energy product, will buy again.

Like many of reviewers here have pointed out that this products ships with no seal on the outer lid, I received one in the same condition. But the inner seal was tightly glued.
