    Big Men Welcomed! I’m 6’3” 373lbs.
I’m 6’3” 373 lbs. I purchased this to be an easier on my knees and feet and more intense workout than walking or jogging. No bicycles can hold my weight for the most part and before I plan on incorporating walking and jogging and maybe even biking, my biggest issues are either discomfort or not being able to fit. On this machine, there are none of these issues. The seat glides smoother than anything I’ve experienced. I’ve gone pretty hard on it right out of the box and there’s no issues so far. The bar you glide on seems heavy duty and again, Able to hold my weight for an hour at a time constantly moving forwards and back. As for the sturdiness of the machine, it works great. The rubber caps on the bottom prevent the machine from moving anywhere on my carpet and the wheels make it easy to store away. It’s hard to find things with my size that can fit on things but this row machine has no problem welcoming me to workout! So glad I purchased this and it even had a $50 off coupon which solidified the deal for me. Love this machine and see myself using this even with other machines or workouts in the near future. Worth the try. 😊Total time to unpack and build around 30-40 minutes.

    Good row
I’m very pleased I made this purchase. I’ve been looking for a rowing machine, and I’m very satisfied with this one.It was easy to put together. I managed no problem by myself. And I like the wheels to move it around easily.I’m 6’3. It was one reason I selected this rower. No issues with height.I read some reviews that it did not have enough resistance. Personally, I do no find this to be an issue. I’m mid-40’s, about 205 lbs. Do not workout otherwise. But I started on a setting 10 (out of 16), and found this perfect. For about a month now I’ve used it at that setting and cranked it to 11. I suspect I’ll keep that up for a while. But for my needs, it suits me just fine. I’m not looking to bench-press the rower. Just want a bit of exercise. One thing… It might be my rowing style. This is the first rower I’ve used. But occasionally I knock the hand bar on my knees. Kind of wondering if the bar was positioned a little higher it would help. Or maybe I need to practice more when my arms and legs are moving.I have not problem with the seat. No problem with the foot pads.It does link to an app. About the app…Its called Kinomap. Its really cool IF you subscribe to a membership. I did the free trial. It has a bunch of videos and you can sync up the rower to the video and it makes it feel like you are rowing along a beach somewhere. It records other rowers too. So if you are a competitive person, you can try to beat their times. But I’ve done a few 25-30 minute videos with some people posting times in the 2-3 minutes. So obviously something is messed up with some users. Another thing to note is that it might be better on a tablet or cast on a bigger screen. I used my phone and some of the stats were hard to read as I was rowing. Things like distance, speed, power, etc. are pretty small font. Overall though I just liked it for the video. Now that my free trial is over I still use it in “Free ride” mode. No videos. But its a nicer digital display of stats on your phone/device rather than the built-in (old calculator look) of the rower display itself.

    Amazing ‘for the price’
This really comes for to amazing for the price IF you can get it at or below $200. It’s so hard to find a quality rower at this price point. There’s a reason for this.Pros:- It works- It has a display for pulls, time, distance, and more- Super easy to put together, takes maybe 30-60 minutes- Metal where it needs to be, plastic where it doesn’t matter (keeps cost down)- Comfortable handles (foam)- Cushioned seat (example, plastic would be bad here, but they were thoughtful)- Folds up leading to huge space savings, and is weighted so it doesn’t tip easily (they clearly thought of this)- All features with no subscription required or even offered (this sounds dumb but so many home machines are doing this, some even locking the controls if not subscribed, and it frustrates me)Cons:- The distance is inconsistent, sometimes one full row is 1/4th of a meter and sometimes it’s 3/4ths of a meter.- Meters jump in increments of x.0, x.2, x.5, x.7, leading to weird measurements of distance when it works (when it doesn’t, you get the issue above this one)- Rower is very low to the ground and difficult to get onto, but the price savings are honestly worth it- Shakes a little if you go too fast/aggressive with the machine, slider is not perfect if you sit wrong, but find the right motion and it works just fineThe price is more than worth it for what is offered, but don’t expect it to compare to the $1,000 machines out there. It is great for someone on a budget, especially if space savings matters (to me, it did). Some of the more expensive machines can’t even fold up like this one. It’s amazing value for what you’re getting and allows me to get my daily workouts in. I feel it in my arms, legs, and abs. Been using it for about a month now and absolutely love it. If I had money to throw away, I’d easily spend $1-2k on a better rowing machine, but for $200 you can’t beat the value here.

Machine is nice, the monitor is cheap
Rower itself is great and stable but yhe monitor doesn’t work and I got new batteries aside from the ones sent with the machine incase they were bad. Turns on for a split second then shuts off
