Like insurance, you need them only when it’s needed
Like insurance, you need them only when you have it. When that pain inflames like the scene from Forrest Gump carrying Bubba away from the war zone. You will want to relax the piriformis muscle with these. I sometimes get sciatica as well but these are more effective than a standard tennis ball. It can be a little firm for some but no one wants a softie where you are dragging your buttocks across the ground like a dog trying to relieve an itch. Not a bad deal for something so simple and effective. A+

    Does it’s purpose
It’s small yet effective in alleviating pain from my hand and feet. I use it once a week or so. Not heavy at all so I can do wrist exercises with no problem. Also is durable and can bounce if you want a bit of fun

Great Massage Balls. I received these on time. These are great once you understand how to use them to release tension in your muscles.
