I have a few saccharin with the pelvis along with sciatica and pelvic tilts. This has helped out tremendously for me able to get some type of relief off the bottom of my back. Feeling like I needed to stretch because the bones are too tight.

Great Product and Even Better Customer Service
This is a well-built, rugged product that is excellent if you need an inversion table. It is reasonably priced for the quality. After we completed assembly, we discovered a latent defect in the massage/heating pad. We sent the necessary and reasonable information to the company and got a quick apology and reply that a new pad was being sent immediately. We then received several follow-up emails with the status of the shipment and we received the new pad within 4 days of reporting the situation. We are giving this a 5 star rating because of the quality of the product and the best, hassle-free customer service we could possibly have gotten.

Great machine and great directions and materials.
I just wanna say the way they package. This is amazing. It took my husband and I about an hour to put it together maybe two but the bolts were all like so organized and so nice to use. Everything went in just like it should. It’s a great buy.

Great but only one negative thing…
I do love this! Have only had it less than a week but so far so good. I like the back heat and vibration! Only thing I don’t love and felt I should let others know is that even though it goes up to 300lbs I don’t think it would fit anyone much bigger than me (245 lb:) bc the piece that helps you stop at a certain degree on the side come into the table area where you lay and it scrapes me. I may try and cover it for now to make the edges softer but really it needed to be place further out so it can fit someone up to 300 lbs like advertised. But otherwise it is great and I will keep it and make it work.

Color me surprised. I’ve assembled 100’s of items for my customers through the years. These are the cleanest, clearest Numbered steps instructions I’ve ever seen. I used the two wrenches and Allen wrench Phillips head screwdriver combo that came with the product. It took me 55 minutes to open the box to testing it out. It’s a substantial piece of equipment, the package is heavy and says 2 person carry. The massage vibrates adequately for relaxation and the heat gets warm. Should definitely hold some weight and a large person. It’s a sizable machine with a lot of cushion on the back rest happy with my purchase.

NOT to be used in an environment “where Oxygen is Administered”
Honestly, my review is mostly to serve as a warning to anyone who might not be aware of the caveat in the title rather than an actual review of the product’s function. I purchased this for my parents. When it arrived, I checked that all the parts were present but didn’t set it up right away as my parents were still arranging the space where it was to be put. When I did go to set it up, it was unfortunately outside the return window and I discovered that there is a note in the manual that this inversion table is not to be used where oxygen is administered. Unfortunately one of my parents is on oxygen. So, now they have a $200 inversion table that can’t be used in their house. If anyone in the home where this item will be used is on oxygen be aware that this inversion table is not for you. It would be great if that particular warning were in the Amazon listing, as I am sure the target demographic consists of a large number of older people, who would be statistically more likely to include medical oxygen users.

happy to have another one but missing an entire handle.
I have changed the rating to 5 stars from 3 because this company’s customer service is top notch!! Within hours of my comment being published, they contacted me & within minutes I had the missing handle on the way. 4 days later, I have the box in my hands. I haven’t opened it or anything yet, but it’s here. That fast & from overseas.Bottom line, great product that I am using every chance I get & superior customer service!! Highly recommend.I am 50 & lazy & this was so easy to put together. No help needed. It was missing the left handlebar but in order to get it, I had to return the entire thing & that wasn’t happening. I know they have parts from returns, so it’s kind of irritating. It makes it a tiny bit harder to pull yourself back up but I’ll deal with it. I still want my handlebar though. It’s Step 2, #7 if the seller reads this. Lol.
