This pulley system is highly recommended for individuals building or supplementing a home gym, especially where space is a constraint. It is an excellent, budget-friendly tool for performing accessory exercises like tricep pushdowns, bicep curls, and lat pulldowns. Good value
Hooked right up to my new pull up bar. I’m glad the cords have two different lengths I just with the short cord was a bit shorter but for 30$ this is a great buy. It’s made in China so there’s that but that aside for the money it’s a good buy.

    It works
It works although there’s no way you could possibly put more than 2 45lbs plates on there without having issues so I doubt you could fit 300 lbs on it but it can also hold a punching bag

    Gets heavily used around here
This little pulley system is quite good, especially considering the cost. It’s quite sturdy, comes with an adapter sleeve for 2″ plates, and a number of other little accessories that make it really versatile.I do wish there were a way to extend it a little further and/or get some extra parts. For example, if there were a kit with extra D-rings, an extra pulley, and/or a longer cable (for more complex setups), this system would be really first class. That aside, the only complaint I have about this machine is that the pad at the bottom of the pin likes to shift and will need replacement at some point. I can probably come up with some sort of bumper material on my own, but like with the replacement D-rings, it would be nice if I could order those parts from the company.Nitpicking aside, this is a great pulley machine for the money and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add some versatility to any home gym.

    Perfect for home gyms
I am well into my fourth decade of lifting weights, most of the time with a home gym but also experienced in commercial gyms. This lift pulley system is incredibly simple and effective, expanding my home gym in ways that matches the expensive equipment in commercial gyms. I have only had it two days, but it was easy to set up and begin at once to use with complete satisfaction. If it continues to serve over the long haul and does not break, it will be prized. I have a relatively simple power rack for chins, dips, pushups, but the chinning bar is just right for the pulley-cables-weights system. Highly recommended. I suppose minus the power rack, one could actually use a strong tree branch, a wooden beam like I have for the patio roof, and maybe it could even work with an inexpensive doorway chinning bar. At home, of course, I am working with free weights, and one will eventually learn how a little imagination and innovation can make al kinds of movements/exercises possible without thousands of dollars of expensive machines.

After 2 years of use, nice gains, and some complaints
I’ve had this now for over 2 years. Training with it consistently 2 times a week.A few things I don’t like:* It doesn’t come with a lat pulldown bar. I feel like this should be standard on any lat pulley system.* The included straight bar is not knurled and does not spin, which can make it rough on the hands for tricep pushdowns and other exercises. I ended up replacing it with a straight bar from Rep Fitness.* The clip hinges of the carabiners became weak after a few months. I ended up buying separate carabiners that are sturdier.* The plastic ends of the tricep rope kept coming off. I used a hot glue gun to prevent that from happening.* The collar for the loading pin broke after a few months. I don’t feel it’s even necessary, as gravity from the weight plates will keep it all in place.* The pulley assembly lock nut kept getting loose from the eyebolt. I kept retightening it. Finally, the whole thing came crashing down while doing 155 lb lat pulldowns. Fortunately, I wasn’t injured. I’m wondering the nylon insert lock nut was on backwards, which would not prevent it from loosening. The nylon insert should face away from the surface being fastened. This means the nylon ring should be the last part to engage with the threads as you tighten the nut. Anyway, I tightened it again with tools and made sure it was on correctly.All-in-all, I’ve gotten a lot of use out of it. Primarily for back and tricep workouts. I would just recommend that you know what you’re getting at such a low price. Also, be carefull and make sure the pulley system is put together correctly.

Excellent addition to my home gym. I was worried about it snapping whilst doing heavy tricep pull downs but was pleasantly suprised about how much weight it could take and how smoothly it flowed. I cant fault it. I literally attached it to my pull up and dip station and was all set to go. Easy to set up fun to use good value for money. Delivered on time and very well packaged. Would definitely recommend

Great product with accessories other than this, one of the three pieces of rope detached from the olatoc ball within two days of use. Contacted seller awaiting reply.

I’m more than happy with this item. I was a little worried as to what it was going to be like but I needn’t have been. It all looks and performs as I’d hoped. It all appears to be well manufactured. It does have a silent wheel as advertised, there’s a choice of wires, both of which seem strong to take more weight than I will ever use. I have only used 45kg with it and that was fine, no problems. All round a great addition to have to exercise my back, biceps and triceps. Would recommend.
