    Great Value.. Great bike
The step by step instructions made it easy to put together. All screws & bolts for each step were sectioned off together which took all the guess work out of trying to figure out what goes where. And I did it myself! The bike is very quiet. The only issue I’ve had is trying to figure out how to get it connected to WiFi. Ive only had the bike for a couple of weeks so I’m sure I’ll eventually get it.

    Very Nice Exercise Bike
This is a great exercise bike. It provides a good workout, and is almost silent while you are using it. It’s not super heavy-duty, but still feels sturdy and stable, and is lightweight enough to move it easily if you need to. I assembled it by myself in about an hour and a half. I did not watch the assembly video, but the written instructions were easy to follow, and all of the parts were very clearly labeled and well-packaged.

    Durable and sturdy recumbent bike
This is a well made recumbent bike. The height is great, it’s low impact and perfect for those who have joint and back pain. It’s easy to adjust the seat and use. I like that the handle bars by the seat has a heart rate sensor on them. The phone/table holder is nice and I love that there is a cup holder as well. The assembly wasn’t too bad, the instructions are not the best so I scanned the QR code to see the assembly video which was helpful. It’s a sturdy durable bike that is also easy to move from room to room due to the wheels on the front. If you’re looking for a budget friendly bike this is the one!

    Really nice recumbent bike
My girlfriend put this together for me in about an hour a half to use for rehab after knee replacement surgery. Maybe that’s a little long, but she was able to do it herself without my help. I really like the bike. It pedals very smoothly. You sit comfortably on it. For a low-priced bike, it tracks a variety of things in a rotating gauge that you can stop on a metric you want (for instance, time or calories). It’s very light so it’s easy to move. Minor downside being so light is that it slips around a bit when I try to adjust the seat to move it forward or back. I think it would not be a big deal if I didn’t have a bad knee and could hold it a little better. I really like the bike though and I’m happy I purchased it. Looks just like the pictures. It’s nice, inexpensive stationary bike that rides really smoothly. Stick it in front of your TV and go!

    Just what I wanted!
This little machine has been a very pleasant surprise. I wanted an exercise machine that gave me a good workout that I could just hop on at home and do for about 10 – 40 minutes without going to the Y. And I didn’t want to pay a great price; it was $223.10 total, which I thought was great. I didn’t want a bike seat because it seems that I’ve had too many of my buddies get prostate cancer who have biked a bunch (maybe no connection at all, but a bike seat just gets uncomfortable after a while). I had a 25 year old treadmill that just bit the dust, and being close to 70 I want to preserve my knees for the tennis court, if I can. I get a good workout and can get a good sweat going with a 20-40 minute workout. I’ll stretch my upper body some while pedaling and have thought about doing some barbell stuff while I ride. This machine was easy to assemble (I liked the shrink wrapped cardboard with the nuts, bolts, etc. sequentially arranged according to assembly in their respective bubbles). I saw that some people had problems with the cable, but that was not a problem, thankfully, at all. I’m in pretty good shape I’d say for my age; I set the tension at a “5” out of 8, and the digital screen comes on when you start to pedal telling (in a rotating sequence) workout time elapsed, distance, speed, calories burned, pulse, lifetime mileage. It’s very simple and is just the ticket for what I’ve wanted. This thing is made of iron tubing, I think, and it’s substantial. I’m not that big (~5″6″ and 155lbs), but it doesn’t feel flimsy or poorly made at all; it has a good solid feel. I’ve got some 3M circular felt pads on each of the four ends of the two frame supports, and I can move this machine around on the hardwood floors with a gentle one-handed push, and yet it stays fixed very well when I’m on it exercising. So very convenient – and I’m actually using it and enjoying it. This is just what I wanted! I hope it continues!

    good office bike
This is a great recumbent exercise bike. the seat is comfortable and I get a lot of use out of it. It went together fairly easy, the instructions are good, and it is quite while using it. There is a computer which displays relevant metrics like pulse, and time, and while it displays distance traveled, I still haven’t noticed that it has moved that much.

It came quickly and works as expected. Very comfortable and quiet. At first I didn’t affix the stirrups but now that I have I find them useful.I have back and knee problems so exercise is difficult but this I can do. In just a week I’ve built up to 30 minutes which is what my doctor recommended. I’m very pleased and would recommend it.

So smooth . I’ve had this now 3 weeks, using it daily. I’m using this to help alleviate excess energy/stress and it’s helping and I know it’s also good for my ♥️ It’s very gentle on my knees and I’m 5 3” on a good day and it’s perfect size . My husband is very tall and it works for him as well. It came in perfect condition and my husband put it together and he said it was quite simple. I will try to update again but so far so great!

I have been searching for an excercise bike, need to strengthen my leg muscles before knee surgery, and after. It will be good for weight loss and cardio. I have hesitated because I wasn’t sure if I could put it together myself (65yr grandma). After reading the other comments on how easy it was, I said I would give it a go.Let me say I had no issues doing it myself from the instruction sheet provided, took me approx 1.5 hrs alone. It also has a product code on the outside of the box to scan with your phone camera which will link to a YouTube video if you need visual help. It comes with a cardboard with the steps 1-6 all separated into nice little squares with the bolts, spacers and screws all attached in each square for each step! Excellent instructions, both on booklet and YouTube video. Also included are the 2 tools needed to screw in or tighten the bolts. It has an lcd monitor that shows calories burned, distance, time, pulse rate,. There is an app to download for your phone, but I have not used it yet.I am 5’5” ,no issues with the length of the pedals and the seat is adjustable and very comfortable.I got it on a great price, it’s a 5*** purchase for sure. Thank you MerachFor this awesome product.
