I purchased our LifePro vibe plate almost 4 years ago & it still works like new! I usually use it a few times per week (give or take). It helps me greatly with muscle tone, lymph flow (for lymphedema), vascular flow, venous flow (venous insufficiency), etc. I love using it while watching a show or YouTube how-to videos :). It is easy to use, though not light. If I had a spot for it I would just leave it out, but with kids & dogs I keep it in a cabinet so nobody trips over it.I have recommended this vibe plate to many other people.I am impressed with the LifePro warranty & quality build of their products.I WOULD purchase it again!

I had never tried a vibration plate before, so I wasn’t sure if this was a buncha hubba-ba-lu, but it is legit! I’ve been using it only for 4 days and I’m already feeling clearer mentally, better quality sleep, better poos, and a boost to my mood. We have really enjoyed using this! It has helped us with our hips and other joints. I think it has helped with blood flow circulating in our bodies. The different settings are quite nice. It is a little heavy but that is to be expected since you don’t want it walking you across your house. The resistance bands may not be meant to help hold you in place but they do a good job of that. Because of the vibration it makes noise but it’s not too loud. Kind of sounds like a spaceship. We definitely enjoy using it as do other family members.

Well, I’ve only had this for a few days, but I may be in love. I have PPMS, with very questionable balance, so I’m not standing on it yet, although I hope to get the guts to try it soon. I’ve been sitting in a chair with my feet on the plate at level 1 for 5 minutes, and then sitting on the plate for 5 minutes. I’m doing it twice a day, and do think I already feel a benefit. I seem to have more energy, and it’s much easier getting up from a seated position. The machine is very quiet, and easy to move around. I did not get the one with the handle because I keep it in my bedroom and didn’t want the handle to look like a random ship mast. I’m not using this plate for weight loss specifically, but a little loss wouldn’t be a bad thing. We’ll see what happens in the future. If there’s anything earth shattering, I’ll try to update this review.

This is just the best! I had fallen o to my kayak at an awkard angle and damaged my hip. Walking, sitting, even sleeping was so painful. Three days of vibrating plate use and i am back at the gym. Much joy. I am a thrilled at how well my muscles feel. Much looser and my balance is improved!

This will be my absolute honest opinion of the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine.Set Up: Remove from box, plug cord into the back of machine until it clicks, plug into wall. DO read the enclosed booklet and DO NOT experiment with High Speed just to see what that means. It is, just that, HIGH SPEED! You are not ready for that yet! Trust me on this.Light stretching before (Calf raises, hamstring stretches, ankle rotations) and after use, just like any other exercise, is beneficial. You will be working ALL of the muscle groups at the same time. Concentrate on your body and what you are feeling. You should notice your stabilizer muscles firing rather quickly.We received this machine last Thursday. I have been battling tightly “Jammed Hips” for over a year. Constant burning pain that interfered with every aspect of my life, including sleep. I am a very young 64 3/4, a former personal trainer and very active person with a physical job, but the pain was dragging me down, making me feel old. By midday, my right leg and foot would be tingling I knew my circulation was being seriously compromised. I tried every remedy at my disposal – Stretching, Fascia Blasting, Assisted Decompressions, Heat, Cold…You name it. So far so good after 3 months of use, the plate works well and many online exercises available to suit your needs. It is slightly bulky but just about fits under my sofa. The main issue I had was the power cord so I bought an extension as it was just too short. Its very easy to use and it comes with a remote so you dont have to bend down. Be careful using it first month for the first time as you can get jelly legs when you come off.

I ordered this item on March 22nd, 2022 and it broke last week (June 2025). Something seems to have come loose inside and the platform stopped vibrating and moving as it should.I use this machine every day, just standing on it for 10 minutes every morning. It feels great.Needless to say, I was not happy. This is a costly machine. To me, worth every penny, but I was hoping to get more than 3 years out of it.I took a chance and contacted their customer service. I filled out the return form, sent a quick video of the unit malfunctioning and lo and behold, they sent me a brand new unit only days after!!!No additional questions, no trying to blame me for misusing it……just “sorry about that, we’re sending you a new one”Over 3 years later!!!I was amazed to say the least! Perfect customer service. And finally, in this day and age, a company that stands behind their product and for whom accountability is part of their values? Perfect. Just perfect.I understand no product is perfect and things can break. Especially after daily use for over 3 years.
