Awesome and easy but not all pins will go in
Update: haven’t been able to use it in months since the upper part broke at the base. Very disappointing. I’m not a big person and I used it properly. I am trying to figure out if it can be welded back together as it would be nice to have it back in my arsenal of equipment and I don’t want to spend $150 bucks to replace it and just have it break again.I was so excited to add this to my home gym. I have wanted one for a long time. This covers 2 exercises I wanted to add for glutes and quads. Setup is easy and just a few pieces and steps. However, I cannot get the pins into one side for the life of me. The other side was no issue. But days into this I am trying to figure how to get the other side to work. I know this will be great once I figure it out. I haven’t had a chance to use the bands yet because of the pin issue . So I can’t tell about the strength and effectiveness of those yet. It fits my tall 6’ frame just fine and feels sturdy. Doesn’t take up much space.

You want gains, you need this!
Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to love! Who doesn’t love working their back side? I work out with free weights at home. We have a bench that I love but it’s just a little too tall for some things like Bulgarians. The GluteBlaster was suggested to me as I am a big fan (and owner) of a couple other LifePro products.Wow, this changes the game for all sorts of positions! It is so easy to feel the muscle activation when you’re in a restricted movement. Restricted as in your feet are held in position and the cushion ensures I’m hitting the same squat depth consistently.I wish it were able to break down and fold flatter for storage. As it is, it does fold for more compact storage. It’s super easy to move around with wheels on one side. Now one piece I have failed to mention about this product that isn’t directly about this product. When you make a purchase from LIFEPRO, rest assured you’re getting a GREAT product and even better than the product is their customer service! Questions are answered promptly, thoroughly and so genuinely. I have a favorite rep and I told her I wanted to put her on blast for her outstanding help. Can’t think of a better way to do it than right here! Sarah, you’re the best!

Cool 😎
I really like how this machine is so versatile for at home, lower body, workouts. I was looking for a piece of equipment I could use at home for sissy squats and this machine gets the job done ✔️I love that I can also do hip thrusts, and the bands that come with it allows you to execute the infamous movement from the comfort of your home! I can do single leg lunges and even Bulgarian/split squats! I must say I am really enjoying it!Two things that I didn’t like, was that the base or stand from where you perform the sissy squat wobbles a lot. The base is not reinforced all the way around (I added the picture) which causes the wobbling, but you can still perform the movement. Also, the handles where you attach the bands for the hip thrust, are wobbly. Other than that this piece of equipment is pretty sturdy, and I love that it has wheels and you can lift the end of the hip thrust side to easily tuck away.Overall, I did like this machine and meets my exercise needs when I can’t make it to the gym.

Versatile and great for the price
This is a very sturdy and useful piece of workout equipment. I would’ve given it two stars because it was packaged poorly and slightly damaged. In the description, it said I love the variety of exercises I can do with this bench. Obviously I use it for sissy squats and hip thrusts, but also lunges, Bulgarian split squats, and bridges with elevated feet. For the last one I recommend placing a balance pad by the foot plate so you can lay down comfortably. Then place your feet on the resting pad to do your bridges from there. There are also these rings on the side between the handles that no one mentions, so you can attach some resistance bands for even more variety of exercises. I’m sure I can attach a tubing resistance band on one side, put an ankle attachment on and do kick backs or maybe even donkey kicks. I’ve also used long loop resistance bands while doing sissy squats and lunges. You can really take advantage of this thing and do some pretty advanced exercises if you know how to use it. It’s small and easy to take apart if you don’t have room to store it.

Broken
The product broke at the base making it worthless. I would like my money back.

Great workout!
Very easy to put together, great instructions! Comes with a chart of excersizes to do. Workout was great – working areas that usually don’t get attention in my home gym! Highly recommend!

Good product but the bands for hip thrusting do not work well
I love the frame and structure of this product overall and was not bad at all to assemble, however the bands it comes with do not allow for full hip extension where you get the best gluteal muscle contraction. I bought this specifically for an easy way to hip thrust at home, but the bands aren’t remotely long enough for optimal form, at least for me at about 5′ 10″ and at the top of my hip thrust I am left with about 30 degrees of hip extension and the bands aren’t remotely long enough to lock out. I wish they sold longer bands or had alternatives because that is the one downside I’ve found in the week I’ve owned this product. Otherwise, it is fantastic for sissy squats and Bulgarian split squats.

Uncomfortable
As a smaller stature person, this was very uncomfortable for me. Several times I tried to ask questions in the LifePro FB group after I received this product but my posts were declined. For me personally, it needed to be adjusted for my height. If you notice where the back pad hits, it wasn’t working on me.
