Ketologic is an excellent value as a high protein and energy source.
Excellent product. I try to limit my carbs and run on fats but most meal replacements don’t offer enough fat for fuel and my body ends up using much of the extra protein I eat for fuel instead. What a waste! What works best for me is using TWO scoops per drink because I prefer taking in 30 to 40 gms of protein per meal and as much fat as possible for enough energy to get me through at least half of the day. As an active 64 year old, I know the importance of staving off sarcopenia and having a good clean energy source. Even when consuming 2 scoops per sitting, it still only comes out to $3.70 per drink which I’ll gladly pay versus fast food or commercial low fat protein drinks any day of the week. It blends well with water or (whole milk, which makes it 32 gms of protein per drink) and it tastes better than any other meal replacements I’ve tried. I also like that the texture is thinner so it’s easy to drink, which makes it easier to take my vitamins and supplements with it. I would highly recommend Ketologic Meal Replacement to anyone looking to live a healthier lifestyle or wants to get the most bang for their buck. Kudos, Ketologic!

Very good stuff.
Bought a tub of the vanilla and chocolate to bring for my lunch at work after intermittent fasting all morning. I make this shake at 12:30pm to break my fast. It’s filling, and I am surprised how well it mixes in just a shaker bottle with no ball or mixing item inside of it. Cost is like $1.60 per lunch doing this and is helping me lose weight. The taste is pretty good – but I will say, both flavors taste a LOT better with just 1 Tbps of powdered peanut butter (P2B) in it. That also mixes in well, no chunks.

Great Mixability
Purchased my second tub of strawberry. This is one of the best mixing and great flavors I’ve come across, cheaper than GOL, and just as effective, I believe. Finally found a reasonably priced, great tasting Keto shake. Hoping it works as well as the GOL vanilla, which just got too pricey and discontinued all the time, or out of stock, I should say. Will update with results. Trying to lose for my daughter’s wedding.

Watch out for shrinkflation folks
I loved it the first time I bought it. It blended well and tasted great even with water, and because it was 250 calories it was perfect for lunch (I try to stay between 200 and 300 calories for lunch meals). I bought it again because of those facts only to see that Keto Logic has decided to charge the same price for a smaller product. I still had the container from the first purchase and noted the net weight was 31.0 ounces with 20 total servings at 250 calories and 10 grams of protein. Looking at the container I see I’ve been short changed because it is now 25.2 ounces; still 20 servings but the calories are reduced to 180 and only 8 grams of protein. Same price, less product by a whopping 5.8 ounces. My bad for not looking at the net weight of the container. So this is my last purchase from Keto Logic. I can understand a slight price increase, but to decrease the weight and charge the same is a rip off. It’s a sneaky way of fooling people into buying their regular product and hoping they don’t notice they’re getting less. It’s a great tasting product but by a company that I won’t bother with. Glad I didn’t subscribe for auto delivery. But if you don’t have an issue with the shrinkflation and just care about taste, then go ahead because it mixes great and has a good taste. Also, upon opening I noticed the smell was “off” ; my original container had a lovely milk chocolate smell and the new container smells like chocolate and cheese. The powder is also much darker, tastes about the same but seems less rich. So to recap: shrinkflation =less product, same cost, but despite the darker powder and weird chocolate cheese smell it tastes about the same.

Absolutely legendary taste and all
This mixes easily the consistency is amazing. I mixed it was just almond milk. I sometimes mix it with creatine.The taste is absolutely phenomenal and I always end up wanting to drink more and more. Sometimes I drink 2 cups it’s too good.I usually drink this after a meal since I’m trying to maintain weight and get some gains while on keto. And jeez this is the stuff for me. I had extra MCT oil, nuts, a scoop of almond butter, and heavy cream and ice for the smoothie blend. I love the strawberry flavor tooI’m def reordering this and trying all the flavors!I’m def mixing the chocolate and almond milk with my coffee tmrwGo for it and enjoy hope those helps

Something went wrong with this batch.
I don’t know what changed in the recipe but I’ve been buying these all year without issues. However the one that I got earlier this month gives me diarrhea for several hours every time I drink it. It tastes good but it seriously upsets my stomach for whatever reason.
