It’s ok to have all, but better to get 2 hand gripping ones.
Some items works well, hand size really good, can be adjusted for weight and grip strength, the texture is what you expect, my reason for returning it’s that didn’t find too much of help from the other items besides the grip and the finger-hand grip springs action is really cheap quality.

I really like this set. I work on the computer a lot and the fact that I can adjust the hand grip part makes things good. They don’t squeak and I have used them a lot. They work well. I like the design. They don’t hurt my hands or nothing and I have had some that do.

The product came as advertised and with tall the items included. Each grip item works really well and I’ve never had any wear and tear with them. It’s a great design and is very light and compact.

The hand grip is very nice. I especially like the way it can be adjusted for different tension levels. The other items are ok, except for the finger stretcher. It broke on the very first use. I put my fingers in and opened my hand. Two rings automatically broke.

The product broke after some use. The shock was when I looked at the broken parts they were all made of plastic without any metal.
