I like it! The first photo is everything that comes with, including a medium resistance band, a couple stickers and of course, the roller. Works great! Pretty firm, scale of about 8/10 firmness. Not bad for the price.

If you are looking for a foam roller, this is what you are looking for.
I have not truly discovered the benefits of the foam roller. I will continue working with it. Some of my friends are certain it is great benefit for sore, tight muscles. The roller is excellent, sturdy a pretty purple color. I will continue to roll on it and hope it works for me.
