Fails to record properly.
Don’t buy. Their app is awful. Worked great for a few months. It stopped syncing and never records any exercises- it always just wants to record a run which fails if I’m cycling or lifting etc. It frequently fails at actually measuring exercise ANYTHING. I tried to submit feedback via the app and they asked for videos which I sent with NO RESPONSE ever.Update: the new app they moved me to is worse. It says it’s recording and it never does. It connects and then halfway through a workout it just disconnects (although Bluetooth is still connected) and refuses to input info into the app. It also says my health is poor despite getting 9000 steps regularly, 3 plus workouts an week and 8 hours of sleep. 🤔I would love a refund but to attempt that is useless at this point.

Perfect for Health Tracking and Staying Active.
I’m very satisfied with this smart bracelet. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed a big change in my daily routine, as it allows me to keep detailed track of my physical activity, sleep, and stress levels. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and you can barely feel it when wearing it all day. What I like the most is how complete it is: the monitoring is quite accurate, the battery lasts much longer than I expected, and the app is very easy to use for reviewing the data. It has motivated me to stay more active and take better care of my health. Definitely a great purchase—totally worth it.

cheap, does not last long stay away.
do not buy this. i got one for my wife and one for me. my wife took a shower and got it barely wet and it stopped working. i wrote a bad review and the customer service rep offered me a replacement or gift card to take it down so i did. now mine won’t hold a charge for longer than a day. i have taken good care of it and it just is horrible quality. spend the extra money and get something else. i will be looking for alternatives

Best smartband you can buy!
Best smartband you can buy. I’ve tried numerous bands and this one is a winner! It has more metrics, more accurate and the app is just so much better. You won’t go wrong with this band.

Scam App and Garbage Device
DO NOT Purchase! It’s a scam. The app can can not be downloaded from any app store. When you scan QR code, it’s all in Chinese 👎🏻 will not register once you actually download app unless you agree to subscribe to something that is being explained to you in Chinese. Also, you have to downloaded APK file and when you do, JCWear app isn’t even on the device… something call Easy Homescreen is instead! Garbage devise, sounds better than what actually arrives. Cheap fabric band, too! Device seems flimsy. Returned within 20 mins of opening the box

I must be missing something
Bought this as a replacement for my last fitbit. I hate the tracking, especially exercise. I have been unable to find where you can manually enter those stats and when I wear the band during my workout it registers about 160 calories burned after an intermediate workout lasting 35 minutes. There is no way in hell that’s all the calories burned. I am close to 200 lbs and know my body well enough to know this tracking is inaccurate as hell. I don’t even trust the other features. Big waste of $$$ and I am now manually counting my heartbeat to figure out what I am actually burning. Trash. And the free app is trash as well. The stats I see in this app vary greatly from 10+ years of using fitbits.

Price too high
I could have gotten a a much nicer fitness tracker with a more advanced App for the same amount of money. It tracks ok, but just ok. Calories burned seem a little low compared to other trackers I’ve used. Last night it said I got excellent sleep. Actually I tossed and turned and woke up several times. Not very excellent. The very simple app and hardware, this should be $80 at most. Not $188.

Purchased with expectation but it is not as good as it mentioned and also documented in the box. Unfortunately the connection is not good with the app and it will not be update its data in the app.It is not having good notifications. Over all it is not good to have this item

Product is a poor imitation of the Woop band. It is too small and catches on long sleeves because it is poorly designed. The App does not work consistently and won’t record activities accurately (sleep, workouts etc).Avoid.
