Best Ankle Weight I’ve Tried
Hands down the best ankle weight I’ve used. It actually stays in place thanks to the two-strap design. The heel strap keeps it secure—something most brands skip—and the adjustable wrap strap gives a snug fit. I also use the heel strap as a handle to carry it or for extra grip during arm workouts. Super comfy, easy to use, and they even have great workout videos. The quality is solid and totally worth the price. It works really well!

Perfect weights!
I want to strength train more but I don’t always have the time. I need a way to lift and workout that is flexible. I like Kurla weights can go in the gym or at home. It’s been helpful for my impact training and functional training. I ordered a 4, 8, and 10 pounds. The 4 pounds was great for Pilates. The 10 pounds were perfect for my leg workouts as ankle weights and for my upper body I used it to replace a dumbbell.For selecting the weight: I thought that I needed heavier as I am really active but I was presently surprised on how heavy the 10 pounds felt. It took a minute to learn how to put it on or secure it enough but I used the training guide and had no problems after that. Love it. I recommend ordering.
