Hands down the best ankle weight I’ve used. It actually stays in place thanks to the two-strap design. The heel strap keeps it secure—something most brands skip—and the adjustable wrap strap gives a snug fit. I also use the heel strap as a handle to carry it or for extra grip during arm workouts. Perfect weights!
I want to strength train more but I don’t always have the time. I need a way to lift and workout that is flexible. I like Kurla weights can go in the gym or at home. It’s been helpful for my impact training and functional training. I ordered a 4, 8, and 10 pounds. The 4 pounds was great for Pilates. The 10 pounds were perfect for my leg workouts as ankle weights and for my upper body I used it to replace a dumbbell.For selecting the weight: I thought that I needed heavier as I am really active but I was presently surprised on how heavy the 10 pounds felt. It took a minute to learn how to put it on or secure it enough but I used the training guide and had no problems after that. Love it. I recommend ordering.

Very awkward to get on to much velcro and straps don’t know where the straps go
