    Good for starting fitness at any age!
    I am not a senior, but I haven’t exercised in a long time, and am extremely out of shape. I needed something low impact, because my knees, ankles, and back are in pain, and I didn’t want to risk injury. I’ve only done workout one so far, and I really liked it! Low impact, but you’re still really feeling your muscles work. There are 10 workout segments on this dvd, so you can do as much or as little as you need. I’m exited to try the other workouts!

    I love these workouts. In the1st few weeks I lost an inch in my waist which was my target. I’m going for 3 inches.His workouts make you feel you’re doing your best. As a reference I’m close to 78, 5 ft 3and weigh 103.

    Great for seniors trying to build some muscle tone
    This video has multiple sessions lasting about 20 minutes a piece and are a nice combination of aerobic and weight lifting. I am only using 2 lb weights, but I am starting to see improvement and will increase the weights as I go.Easy to follow along and each session works on different muscle groups.Actually enjoyable!

    Great workouts
    I have been using the Starter Pack for a few months so I wanted to go forward to Chapter II.It’s going to take me a while to work up to the Strength DVD but I know it will help me get stronger.

    I am 72 and have recently had heart problems, this program is easy to follow and doesn’t put too much strain on my heart, I normally like to do a lot of energetic cardio and was advised not to do that any more, but I always feel so much better after doing a workout, I find this very easy to follow and using weights enjoyable am looking forward to getting the next dvd
