Perfect for hot yoga, durable, but a bit heavy
I’ve been doing yoga for about five years now, but recently I started going to a hot yoga studio in my area. At first I used a beach towel, but it was too slippery and I was not able to focus on yoga at all! I decided to invest in a yoga towel with grip and bought this set. I thought that if I had two, I could use one while washing the other. It was also one of the most inexpensive mats I found on Amazon. My impression after using it was that it’s perfect for hot yoga. It made such a huge difference. I use it with the grip side facing up (some people like to place it with grip side down) and it doesn’t slip no matter how much I sweat. I’ve only washed it a little less than 10 times so fa, but the grip hasn’t decreased. Also, the size of these mats is just right, a little larger than the size of a standard yoga mat. It’s thick and somewhat heavy, so the mat doesn’t slip or move easily. Despite the thickness, they dry pretty quickly after washing. Maybe I only need one, not two. Other people’s hot yoga towels seem thinner and lighter but they seem to move around more. If you walk or bike to the yoga studio, this might be a bit heavy but If you drive, it’s no problem.

These are nice, good quality, does not move on the mat. Easy to wash. The fabric can be a little abrasive on bare knees but possibly just getting used to it. No longer an issue after using for about a month.

These yoga mat towels are amazing! It’s exactly what I was looking for. I do Hot Pilates and they are perfect for it. They are super absorbent and the rubber texture on the bottom is amazing, it doesn’t slip at all during my workout. I love them!! I need them to come out with more colors 🩷

These towels are excellent! They stay in place on the mat and they absorb all my sweat during the hot pilates classes! After several washes, the grip on the towels is as if I just took them out of the package. I would highly recommend these towels for anyone who sweats in hot yoga or hot pilates!
