The foot straps make the difference
This strap help with home exercises to support PT after knee surgery. This strap was essentially. The foot straps along the band made it easy to secure your foot. The last thing you want after knee surgery is you foot slipping during a stretch. And it can be used for any height.

I have recently bought this product, and the booklet was important to me in order to learn how to do the exercises.To my surprise, the product came with a booklet in German instead of English. There was no warning anywhere stating this, an because I don’t speak German it makes it useless :(If this is also important to you, be advised.
