Great budget rower for home gym!
I was wanting a rower but couldn’t justify paying $1,400 for a concept 2 rower which is what I use to workout at work.I bought for my home gym hoping it’d do the job and so far for the price being about $1,000 cheaper than a concept 2 rower it’s great! That being said the few down sides are the screen isn’t the best but it does track everything you’d need, the APP isn’t that great from a user standpoint and the foot steps/straps are cheaply made but work. All and all if you are looking for a cheaper rower that works great with just a few minor areas that fall short compared to the expensive brands this is a great option! Would 100% recommend for a home gym

Who designed this Abomination ??
I’ve never felt compelled to write an Amazon review before, but this product has finally forced my hand. Most things I buy are fine, and I move on with my life. Not this.Whoever designed this rowing machine clearly never tried assembling it themselves—or if they did, they must have questioned all their life choices while doing so. The nuts and bolts are placed in bizarre, illogical positions, with alignments that make absolutely no sense. The build quality feels questionable at best, and the provided tools don’t fit or work together properly.I’m so exhausted from the assembly ordeal that I haven’t even tried using the rowing machine yet. Honestly, given how poorly it’s designed, I don’t have high hopes for it. I would not recommend this to anyone. In my humble opinion, only psychopaths would actually enjoy putting this thing together. At one point, I was so frustrated that I nearly threw it outside, forgetting I could just return it for a refund. Please, save yourself the trouble and avoid this product.

Just what I was looking for
Perfect for what I was wanting! I did not want to spend a lot of money on the concept 2 rower and this is a great alternative. I would not say that it was 90% but together as it states and needed 2 people on some steps. Would buy again!

Smooth, quiet, and perfect for apartment living
I live in a small apartment and was worried about noise, but this rower is shockingly quiet. The flywheel has a soft whooshing sound, but it’s not annoying at all — more like white noise. I can use it early in the morning without waking up my roommate. Plus, it folds up vertically and rolls away easily, which is huge for tight spaces. 10/10 for home use.

Finally, a rower that fits tall users!
I’m 6’5″ and around 280 lbs, so finding a rowing machine that actually fits me comfortably has always been tough. The extended rail on this GMWD model is a game-changer — no awkward knee-to-chest motion, just smooth, full-range strokes. It feels solid and stable even when I’m going all out. Compared to my old magnetic rower, the air resistance is way more dynamic. The harder I row, the more resistance I feel. This thing was clearly built with bigger folks in mind.

Beginner-Friendly and Easy to Use
This is my first rowing machine and I was nervous at first. But everything from the setup to using the monitor was straightforward. The resistance levels give you room to grow, and the seat is super comfy. I’m just starting my fitness journey, and this rower makes me feel confident—not overwhelmed.
