Excellent mat and great price!
My PT told me to get a 1-1 1/2″ thick mat to do my floor exercises and all the ones I saw looked flimsy. This one is 2″, very comfortable, good quality, made of dense foam, folds up easily, and the carry handle makes it convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Good Pad
Nice thick pad that doesn’t flatten out for a 200lb person. Comfortable to lay on. Seems durable and it folds up well for easy storage.

Firm but usable when I need to escape the twitching wife
I am a 59 year old male, 5’7″, and I sleep on this maybe once a week when my wife’s twitching prevents me from sleeping. Folds up easily when not in use, but it is a little more firm than I’d like. Still, does the job and lets me get sleep when Wife v2.0 is tap dancing in her dreams.

Great exercise mat.
I’m using this CAP Barbell exercise mat on my too-soft bed so I can continue my physical therapy at home. It works really well. It’s firm, but not hard. It is long and wide enough for me. It has handles and folds easily. It fits in a space between my bed and a chest of drawers. I can’t think of anything I don’t like about it.

Excellent Quality, Rugged Performance
Excellent quality at very reasonable cost. As it’s quite lightweight with well-designed handles, I took the mat to three Chicago sports/exercise equipment stores, along with the specs from the Amazon listing. Mats at those stores with the same measurements, covering and foam density as this brand cost from 50% to 120% to 190% more. This one is rugged, easy to fold and store, and does not slide on my hardwood floor. The listing states they are made with hook-and-loop fasteners to connect two or more; however, the two I received lack that feature. I would prefer that version, but ascribe the issue to either the boxes being improperly marked or items incorrectly binned at the warehouse. It is not a reason to decrease their rating. Highly recommended.
