Highly recommend this well made cold pack.
The first week after a total hip replacement I used the Polar ice machine. As I became more active and the swelling went down I needed a more portable ice pack. This extra large gel pack covers the entire area I need to treat and stays quite cold for over 30 minutes. I put a dish towel under the pad and plop a pillow over it to act as insulation to keep it colder longer and to make it more comfortable for resting my arm. The pack is well made, easy to handle, bends easily to fit my contours and its cold regenerates quickly when laid flat in the freezer for about 2 hours. It takes up little (depth) space in the freezer and is quite convenient.

Recovering from knee repair surgery. I first purchased a similar item, but a smaller set of two. They didn’t cover enough area and they seem to thaw very quickly. So I upgraded to the same product but in the bigger side. I’m having a lot of issues with swelling and this definitely works better. Five months post surgery I’m still using it daily, although at this point I’m kind of wishing I would have invested in something that straps around my knee, or even one of the fancy sports style ice compression machines. This is my first real injury, never imagined just how much recovery it would require!

Do you have hot flashes?? If so just buy this!
I am not sure what kind of frozen magic y’all do with this – but this is the best ice pack I have ever used. Seems silly to even write that – but it is true! It molds around your body, keeps cold for a long time! Just make sure to put in the the freezer flat. Do you have hot flashes? Than get this. Do you have arthritis – then get this.

Good ice pack, but not the best I’ve ever had
It’s a good ice pack. Honestly does the job fine. That being said, while at physical therapy after my knee surgery they had these EXTRA large black ice packs that had some weight to them and were super pliable. I bought one from them, but recently gave it to father so he could use it following his knee surgery. I was looking to replace that beloved ice pack from physical therapy with this one. It doesn’t live up to the experience of that one but it does the job fine. Not as pliable to lay completely against all surfaces of my knee under its own weight.

This was just what I needed. A strong cold pac that does not sweet and very flexible.I have a back issue that I need to keep cold compresses on. This product works perfectly just the right size for the area that I need covered.

You In Pain? You NEED these Ice Packs!
Well done, finally a company that knows how to make ice packs that stay cold for a long time. It’s so stressfull while in pain to get up and replace ice packs every half hour. You can’t get any rest. But these ice packs are terrific I actually got some much needed rest and was able to reduce my swelling while sleeping.

Works well, perfect size-Large 10.5″ x 14.5″ and durable
I bought 2 of the ice packs for my Posterior Hip Replacement Surgery. They work very well and appear to be pretty durable. I have only used one so far. I fold it in half, then it fits perfectly in the freezer compartment of the apartment size refrigerator next to my bedroom. I wrap it inside of a pillowcase before applying it to my hip. I would defiantly buy them again.

Useful and a Good Value
I bought these to contend with swelling after an intensive surgery. I opted for the two pack so I can have one available all the time. These chilled quickly and seem to hold their coldness for a good length of time. They also are quite flexible too. All in all, I think they were a god value. They’re a good size, remain cold, and remain flexible too.

Die Bewertung ist dieses Mal absolut unabhängig vom Preis zu sehen – zum Bewertungszeitpunkt war das Produkt nicht lieferbar und somit konnte ich keine Preise einsehen.Jeder kennt sie: Kühlpacks mit Gelfüllung, zumeist in bläulicher Füllung. Es gibt sie in quadratisch und rechteckig in unterschiedlichen Größen und Dicken. Mal bekommt man sie super günstig, mal als Dreingabe in der Apotheke mit einem eingelegten Werbeblatt im Gel, mal als teures Premiumprodukt mit besonders langanhaltender Wirkungsweise und robusterer Verarbeitung. Allen gleich ist: zunächst sind sie zu kalt und brauchen ein Stück Stoff zwischen der kühlenden Stelle und dem Kühlpack, zwischendrin sind sie perfekt direkt auf der Haut und dann sind sie zu warm und kommen wieder zurück in den Eisschrank. Sie sind nicht kuschlig, bequem, hübsch oder irgendetwas anderes als praktisch.Die FlexiKold Gel-Kühlakkus hier bieten eine angenehme Abwechslung: In Stofflagen eingenäht, rund und perfekt für kleinere Kühlstellen. Eine Seite ist mit kuschligem Flies und bietet eine perfekte Option, um anfänglich keine zu kühle Temperatur auf der Haut zu erreichen. Nach einer Weile dreht man das Kühlpad um und legt es auf. Perfekt auch für die Augen, wenn man an starken Kopfschmerzen oder Migräne neigt. Perfekt für die Kühlung von kleineren Stellen an den Händen oder dem Arm. Die Kühlpads sind also mit Abstand das Hochwertigste, was ich an Kühlpads bisher besessen habe.Das mitgelieferte Strap ist so lala, wenn man etwas monieren will. Bei mir hielt es irgendwie nicht so richtig fest und war je nach Einsatz auch etwas kurz. Da ist aber Klettverschluss artige Straps hier noch liegen habe zum einen keine wirkliche Einschränkung – zum zweiten lohnt sich oft die Anwendungszeit gegenüber einer selbsthaltenden Montage des Kühlpads in der Größenordnung nur bedingt.Fazit: insbesondere, wer sich immer schon mal hochwertige, kleinere Kühlpads gewünscht hat, wird diese lieben. Sie sind hochwertig verarbeitet und bieten neben dem Komfort tolle Kühlleistung. Natürlich sind sie kein Allheilmittel und oft auch nur für die kurzfristige Milderung der Symptome geeignet – aber es sind eben auch nur Kühlpads. Die Frage die bleiben könnte ist, wieviel man bereit ist, zusätzlich für diese Kühlpads auszugeben, aber das überlasse ich dem Käufer. Ich persönlich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Kühlpads.

Coge mucho frío en el congelador y aguanta tranquilamente media hora, tiempo más que suficiente para rebajar la inflamación. Lo compré para prevenir lesiones en el soleo y lo aplico después de correr, ya que es flexible y se adapta bien. Hasta ahora estoy contento con la compra.

I’m autistic and heat intolerant and have been using cold packs daily for nearly 20 years to try and regulate my body temperature and to help with anxiety and sensory overload. I can’t comment on how these would help with pain but as someone who has tried probably every cold compress on the market these are the best. If you regularly use cold compresses you need these in your life. If you have anxiety, ptsd, sensory issues, allergies, etc. do yourself a favour and order these.Highlights:—GETS REALLY COLD! colder than most if you keep them in your freezer.—STAY COLD FOR HOURS. I have the large size ones as well and I use one every night to help me get to sleep and it’s still cool in the morning when I wake up.—DURABLE. Really heavy, large size kind of doubles as a weighted blanket/pillow. Not made out of flimsy plastic that will eventually crack or burst like the kind you get at the drugstore—EASY TO SANITIZE/CLEAN. The durable fabric is easy to sanitize with an alcohol wipe or soap and water and it’s DOESN’T ATTRACT LINT OR PET HAIR—FLEXIBLE AND COMFY. It’s flexible and mouldable so it’s comfortable to lay on squish around your body to envelope you in coldness. There’s no sharp pokey corners or plastic edges to poke your skin. The seam is covered with fabric and the corners are rounded.—TOLERABLE SKIN FEEL. Doesn’t feel sticky and gross like most plastic cold gel compress packs. This feels more matte and almost like it has a woven texture but not quite. It’s obviously still some kind of plastic but it’s not the shiny rubbery sticky kind that the drugstore cold packs are made from.
