    Great work journal
    Love these journals! Easy to follow and easy to keep track of your journey. Before and after photos although I take photos every 2 weeks to see my progress. but that’s just me. The note sections on each page is great.

    Great for tracking workouts! Each page has plenty of rows for a variety of workouts, and space to track cardio. There are also pages to track goals, measurements and progress. Approx a 20 week planner, though all the dates are blank so you write in the month/day/year as you track.

    Great layout but poor paper quality
    I love the layout and features of this journal. I’m almost done with a different brand and was looking to try something new. Unfortunately, the paper quality is noticeably different. You can see the text and ink through the pages. Thankfully there’s no smudging on the pages and the ink I’m using doesn’t bleed through. But, I think the more you fill this up the more distracting the thin paper will be. Picture shows the text and formatting from the previous page.

    Todo perfecto y bonito, solo puedo sugerir una mejora, en las hojas los renglones vienen uno gris y uno blanco, lo cual esta bien, solo que los renglones grises deberian ser d eun gris mas claro para que se vea mejor lo que se escribe ahi. Ya he tenido varios Fitness Tracker y vienen con el renglon gris muy claro y se puede ver bien lo que escribo, pero en este el renglon viene gris oscuro lo que complica ver bien lo que escribo.
