Good value for the money. Curtis Adams has several dvd’s for the senior citizen,. All his dvd’s are easy, but challenging at times. The workouts are very good & helps with stability, strength & balance. Highly recommend Curtis Adams dvd’s. Product arrived as promised. Product & seller recommended.

Customer service was remarkable.
When this item arrived one of the three discs did not play properly. I contacted VitalityFL.com and had a response within the hour. They immediately replaced all the discs not just the defective one and sent two bonus discs for my trouble. We don’t often see that kind of customer service and they are to be applauded.I haven’t had much of a chance to use the discs yet but what little I’ve done has convinced me they are more challenging than they appear on the surface and I look forward to working out with them.

Great balance workout
I am very satisfied with the workouts. There is balance, weights and a little cardio. There are also demos for those who need assistance with a chair. It’s also short and fun.

Workout good audio not
The audio on 2 of the dvd’s is really poor. I returned it once and they sent me a new package but the audio is still not very good. I think part of it is that the background music conflicts with the instruction but the audio fades in and out. But I like the workout enough to keep it. The exercises are not what I would call beginner but they are also not advanced More in the middle for this senior which is fine. The instruction going thru the exercises should be more precise with side views. I often am not confident that I have the right form. Over all the exercises cover a lot of muscles and the workout is a good one. I am confident that they will help me reach my goals. I have not used the online options available that came as a bonus. I suspect the audio would be better. Also the dvd’s do not click in well to the compartments in the storage box. Often they are loose when I open it up. Don’t think I will order more of this series.

Customizable to be as Difficult or Easy as Needed
I’m a 67 year-old female, intermediate exerciser. I do a lot of Pilates and yoga in addition to dumbbells and cardio. These workouts are FUN!! Curtis is contagious! I decided to try these workout DVDs as I was looking for something different and a break from the hard core workouts.I like the fact that Curtis uses a lot of compound moves. The choreography is unique from other workouts I’ve done even if many of the moves are familiar, it’s the combination that makes them fun. It’s not difficult and the instruction is clear. By adding intensity and heavier weights these workouts can be more challenging. The balance sections are effective and not too difficult.These would work for a beginner as there is room to grow and you don’t want something that is too easy as it will be boring real fast!
