Pre-use information
1. After receiving the tracker, please fully charge it. After making sure it is fully charged, press and hold the button on the smart tracker to turn it on. Generally it can be fully charged within 2 hours. The usage time is 5-7 days.

FAQ Troubleshooting:
Q1: My fitness tracker won't charge?
A1: Please check the metal parts of the USB port on my phone charger and the metal parts of the USB port on the tracker. (The tracker will only charge if they are metal to metal.) Once charging begins, the tracker will vibrate and a charging symbol will appear on the screen.
Q2: Time display error/How to set the time?
A2: After pairing with the app, the fitness tracker automatically syncs the time and date with your phone. If the time is incorrect after the battery is low, recharge and reconnect to sync to the correct time.
Q3: Regarding step count accuracy.
A3: My fitness tracker has a built-in 3D sensor. Most fitness trackers on the market count steps based on hand movements while walking. Therefore, after walking for a while, the data may take some time to sync. You can check if your step count has increased after walking 100 steps to determine if the tracker is functioning properly. Distance data is calculated using an algorithm based on step count, height, and weight. There may be some error, but this is within the normal range.
Q4: My notification function isn't working.
A4: If notifications don't work, follow the app's prompts during the initial connection to grant the necessary permissions to your phone app. Ensure the app is running in the background even when the screen is off. If the issue persists, please let us know and we will help you.
Q5: Will my exercise data be permanently saved on the watch?
A5: The watch only stores up to 7 days of data. You need to sync your data with the app to permanently save it. (After connecting to the app, pull down the “Home” tab to complete the sync.)

Excellent customer service for such an affordable product! I have had a couple of models of these watches and bought them for my children as well. Customer service is always very responsive by email and persists until they’ve fixed the problem. This time the watch connection to the watchband broke irreparably before the first year was up, so it was still under warranty, and they replaced it for me for free. It is a good watch, and it does everything I need and more, but most importantly, they stand behind their product.

I gave up on this tracker. It would not charge from the beginning so I called the company and they suggested this and that and finally gave up. I returned it. I have to change my review. After I rated the tracker, the company got a hold of me and made sure I was properly reimbursed and in general provided excellent customer service.

Battery will not charge
Received my S5 from Amazon on Tuesday morning and immediately charged it…after hours it only had 3 out of 4 bars. Since I hadn’t looked prior to plugging it in, for all I know it arrived with that amount. Went ahead and started using it: tracked a power walk, then standard everyday walking around chore stuff, a night of sleep, and another power walk the next morning and realized I was already down to only 2 bars out of 4 for the battery. So I plugged it in again even though it had been used for less than 24 hours. Tried 3 different plug locations and types for an hour each and then just left it plugged in overnight, but never got more bars for the battery life. I am absolutely certain I plugged it in right as I had my engineer husband take a look too.I then tried to reach out for assistance from Engerwall directly on their site as that is where Amazon directs you. And there was “some error trying to send the message.” So no support there. If there was an easy fix that’s be great to know but apparently I can’t even send a message to find out.Also, not as big a deal but worth knowing, the device can not track steps if you are holding on to your treadmill as it really counts your arm swings and/or gps movement. I only wanted the heart rate monitor so didn’t care but others might.

Okay, so I never take the time to write reviews but I feel like people keep ragging on this watch when I’ve had a great experience with it.What I use it for: I use it to track my biking and other physical activities, sleep patterns, water and sedentary reminders, and sometimes stepsWhat works:- The watch surprisingly has a good battery. It’s a bit inconsistent, but usually I can get it to last between 3-5 days. For 20 bucks, I think that’s pretty good- Charging it is really easy. The first couple of times I was worried I was going to break it, but it’s hearty and can take a lot of abuse.- Their rating for water is true and honestly a bit better. i went kayaking with some friends and forgot the watch was on. I flipped over and completely dunked the watch. Throughout the day I did various water activities and continuously had water around the watch. Now, I’m not saying that you should take it into the shower or swim with it, but don’t worry about doing small stuff like washing your hands and it’s not a big deal if you step into the shower, forget to take it off, and then actually take it off.What’s a little iffy:- The step counter is… questionable. On my phone my Google Fit usually has about half the amount of steps as what the watch shows. I don’t particularly mind, it’s not a big problem for me, but if you are getting this for the primary reason of counting your steps, be aware it’s not 100% exact- I do agree that the connectivity isn’t the best, but I don’t want my watch to be buzzing 24/7 so I don’t mind. It also wants more permissions than I give it so that’s probably why my connectivity isn’t great lolWhat doesn’t work:- Nothing really comes to mind? It tracks your heart rate pretty well and idk about the other things it tracks and how exact they are but it’s cool that they’re there. Overall this is a decent watch for 20 bucks, the battery lasts for a good chunk of time, and although there are connectivity problems, the help that they provide is great and they answer quickly. Speaking of the IT department (idk what else to call it), you get a 2 year warranty if you scan a qr code. I think that really sold me because I know I will have some problems and knowing that I didn’t have to pay anything extra and it should last 2 years makes me feel betterAnyways, I hope this helps!

Smartwatch semplice, economico, impermeabile, leggero, funzionale, display luminoso e ben visibile, con sfondi intercambiabili, ottima durata della batteria, ricaricabile senza la necessità di cavi (basta una qualsiasi presa USB, oggi presente ovunque), con funzioni di misurazione salutistiche che neanche orologi più pregiati hanno. Infatti oltre alla misurazione dei passi, km percorsi, calorie, pulsazioni cardiache, sonno, attività sportive svolte, ha anche l’avviso con notifiche di sedenteriatà (ci avvisa quando siamo fermi o seduti da troppo tempo) e di idratazione. È inoltre aggiornato anche al COVID-19 😷, infatti ha la misurazione della temperatura corporea 🌡 e dell’ossigenazione del sangue (saturazione). Ha anche un’altra funzione importantissima, la misurazione della pressione arteriosa, con indicazione della minima e la massima. Anche l’App di gestione e semplice, chiara e funzionale. Installata su IPhone 11 non ha avuto alcun tipo di problema nell’abbinamento con lo smartwatch. Che altro dire, per poco più di 20€ è un ottimo prodotto, con un rapporto di qualità/prezzo eccellente.

Ben oltre le aspettative, l’articolo si presenta bene, istruzioni in italiano. Ergonomico, ci ho dormito tutta la notte per monitorare il sonno. Preciso e affidabile. Ha la misurazione della pressione sanguigna affidabile così come la saturazione del ossigeno (fatto test con saturimetro) ed è affidabile. La carica del dispositivo si toglie il cinturino e si inserisce nel caricatore USB. Veloce la carica e resistente. Si cambia il quadrante e gestione notifiche da app(runmifit in italiano). Ottima per la gestione di corsa e passeggiata,indica anche quante pause per bere un tot di acqua al giorno. Nel complesso ben oltre le aspettative. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per quel che gira su internet posso dire di aver ricevuto un prodotto affidabile ed elegante. Molto efficace l’assistenza tecnica, mi hanno subito contattato per una richiesta, spedizione prime… Che dire… Acquistatelo.
