Our Recommendations
This treadmill is an excellent choice for beginners, walkers, and light joggers who need a compact, feature-rich machine for a small living space. Its smart connectivity and folding design offer great convenience and value. However, serious or taller runners may find the running deck restrictive and might prefer a larger, more robust model with an automatic incline.
Conclusion
This auto-folding treadmill successfully packs valuable features like Bluetooth connectivity, incline, and easy storage into a compact frame. It excels as an entry-level option for users prioritizing convenience and space-saving design over high-performance specs. While there are some concerns about its size and long-term sturdiness, it offers fantastic value for casual at-home fitness.

YPOO treadmill for small spaces
After comparing reviews on numerous Amazon small treadmills/walking pads, the YPOO treadmill was the final choice. It’s not fun blindly choosing a piece of equipment such as a treadmill, whether large or small. I took days weighing options and customer reviews. I have a small space with little storage room. I was looking for an indoor mode of exercise for the crummy seasons and as a component to rehabbing an injured knee. I had the prime concern of quality and surprisingly, the LENGTH of the actual walking pad as I noticed most available are meant for compact, and shorter strides. I am of average height and build (female/5’4/145lbs). The length of walking space is so important when considering stride and body mechanics. To some it’s not a thought, I know better after years of compromise in using subpar equipment. I’ve tried others and felt very unstable, especially when I’d pick up my pace and almost walk off the back end. This for myself, is a deal breaker and for anyone leggy out there, be cautious. This gave my longer stride, jusssst enough space to feel confident to move naturally without worrying about stepping off the rear by accident. The next thing I noticed was the absolute ease in setting up, I mean it literally took as much time unboxing as it did setting this mill up for immediate use with zero struggle or confusion. That’s more than half the battle for a lot of us. I found myself struggling to get the large box up over the threshold of my entrance way to my apartment (but that was legitimately the only elbow grease needed). This mill is sturdy enough to heavy-hoof the way I tend to and makes minimal noise when operating!! My neighbor will appreciate this. The cord is about 3 or 4 ft in length and fits into any standard 3 prong outlet. There are safety shutoffs to quickly end the movement of the belt like most standard mills. The arms on the treadmill are very short and non-intrusive. Idk about others, but my form isn’t great and my arms are everywhere, so the shorter arm rails give me space to do my thing. Simple display, calories, distance, time, speed, etc.. I love that the display is not in front of my face, have you ever felt overwhelmed by a tall display mounted in front of your face? It can be distracting and I often feel very confined which impacts the quality of workout/experience in general. The belt will need 3 or 4 drops of the lubricant oil included (2 bottles included) into the little port located by the belt (orange flange cap), before using for the first time, flip that cap and drop a few drops of oil into the hole, re-cap with orange safety flange, and turn it on to allow the belt to slowly distribute the oil for smooth operation). This treadmill is of higher quality than about 97% of “walking pads” and yes, a little more costly but with reason. I wanted the happy medium of space saving equipment, but quality functionality or else, what’s the actual point? So the profile is more of a traditional treadmill, but the weight, noise production, and general features mimic a more simple walking pad. I found the manual incline to be a tad annoying, however, it has not impacted my use one bit other than the physical need to pause, hop off and adjust the incline pins, and hop back on to continue. I do not know the weight of the unit alone, probably about 70 lbs. It has wheels to easily roll and also has a mode to fold and lock. I personally have it set up in a designated space, so if you need to make this dissappear when not in use, it does not completely collapse and definitely seems to be a unit that stands better in the locked position. I can’t see the typical bed or couch having any chance in accommodating because of its rigid construction. I believe it goes up to 4 mph, could be higher but I’ve not utilized other than for brisk walking. These smaller mills have weight restrictions for sure and this one states about 330 lbs if not mistaken. At my weight I do not notice much, but if you are heavier on foot and larger in stature, I could see the mill maybe not being the best choice especially if looking for something to take continued impact. I am only going by feel, I walk heavily and feel if someone with more weight or force could find it possibly impacting the smoothness of operation. Again, strictly my own opinion but I do look for these points because these are still big purchases and miserable to return. If you are looking for a sturdy, smaller version of the traditional mill, this is a great grab. If you need a walking pad for it’s lightweight features or ability to incorporate into your workspace, probably not your best choice but still a great piece of equipment.

Nice treadmill that doesn’t take up a lot of room.
This was a heavy box and I figured I’d have a hard time putting it together but was pleasantly surprised when it was so easy to just have a few bolts to put in and plug it up. I love the size. It’s plenty of walking speed for me. The running speed is, I’m sure, good also, but I’ve not worked up to that yet. It is manual adjustment on the elevation, not automatic, but that is okay. I love it. I have no excuses to not walk any longer.

Begin with caution!
Really nice small treadmill. Relatively easy for one person to assemble. Runs smooth, works well. The only problem is the width of the standing rail next to the belt. REALLY NARROW. My foot slipped off on first try. Be very cautious of trying to stand on each side as you start the motor. Other than that, am really enjoying it.

A nice, compact treadmill
I bought this treadmill for my child to run on. It is easy to set up and fold away for storage. When in use, it displays speed, calories burned, time, and distance. The running speed can be adjusted using the control panel, while the height must be adjusted manually. Overall, it’s a good, compact treadmill suitable for both walking and running.

I have just received the tread mill so I am limited on what I can say. It looks great and so far works great. My one major complaint is that when I tried to register the warranty they insisted on my credit card. Even though they claim no charges will be made THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. No other company I have ever dealt has ever asked me for my credit card in order to register my warranty.

Very impressed with the treadmill and customer service. Two day after i have the treadmill customer service send me a email and ask me if everything was ok i said yes but there was two end piece missing which has nothing to do with treadmill performance and i said i do not really need them but they insisted to send it to me. Four days later I received the end piece. With all the treadmill i bought i never had good sercive.

I personally like the huge display screen, there’re two cup holders each side, it’s easy to install the treadmill by instruction provided as long as you can basic tools, it can be folded to save the space and with a manual incline. There’re 12 preset modes you can choose to exercise, the app is available to download and connect by bluetooth. It’s almost perfect for home use and will recommend to my friends.
