The most versatile unit on the market!
It’s not only a good rebounder, it’s also a mini tramp with support for balance. This is one of the most versatile pieces in my physical therapy clinic for both orthopedic and balance conditions. Very durable!

    Use for rehab
I was using a similar model at my physical therapist’s office (rehab for a broken arm bone at the wrist). I do push-ups on this and bounce a one-pound medicine ball off of it. The only part you need to install when it arrives is the large upright handle. Trickiest part is putting the screws in. If you have a rachet wrench big enough, I suggest you use that instead of the hand-held rachets that the manufacturer supplies; will go faster for you. Other than that, the rebounder is sturdy. Makes some noise when I bounce the ball off of it, but no big deal.

    It rebounds!
I got this product several years ago on the recommendation of a physical therapist after a severe injury required nearly a year of twice daily physical therapy. When it arrived, we (I needed help due to injury) had to drill the holes in the handle larger. It was the part that adjusts up and down. They were just made too small from the factory. We also had to go to the hardware store to get bolts for the bottom two mound points, as they did not include them from the factory. The quality of the pre-assembled components, the trampoline section and the frame, was great; but the person that should have checked the quality of how it would be assembled must have been taking the day off when my unit was built and shipped! However, once it was put together and working, this rebounder worked great, and it helped recover the use of my arm. A few things you need to be aware of when using this with medicine balls is you will want a non slip mat to put it on, and the more weight you can keep in the ball storage tray, the better it will work. Otherwise, it will tend to move around, about an inch, every time a ball rebounds off it. Having it up against a wall helps, but you need to make sure it won’t harm the wall its up against! If you use this in an area without cement floors, even on padded carpet, it will cause quite the racket, as it causes the floors to shake, just like if someone where to stomp their feet. It’s not the fault of the rebounder unit; to bounce that heavy ball back, there are a lot of forces in play! Using it on a cement floor is much better. On carpet, I used it with someone standing on the back of the unit to keep it from moving around as much. Yes, even with an adult man standing on the back of it, it still moved on carpet, and would have to be “re-aimed” after 20-30 rebounds with a 8 pound ball.Once I was able to move it to a cement area and put it up against a sturdy wall, it stayed in place. It also rebounded with much more force. Being able to change the angle was key to my recovery as I was able to do many different exercises with this rebounder. This product wasn’t perfect, but it ultimately performed as well I I could expect any similar device to perform, and I’m able to type this review because of it.

    Noisy, Not Solid, Not Impressive
Per the description: Weight:60lbs.Considering that the shipping label shows the weight as 50lbs, and that I could carry the box down basement steps solo, I dispute that the weight is even 50 pounds. Tubing is hollow not solid, rebounds okay if you’re using a one or two kilogram ball but if you go up to 3 kg, the rebound is poor. Not the quality that I expected. Moves around a lot even though it is set up in front of a very heavy wooden structure in the basement. Going to order the JFIT rebounder and the hope that it’s a more solid piece of equipment.

    Great workout and therapy device
Became familiar with this device when I was in physical therapy — it is good for a variety of purposes – a bit pricy, but I think very well worth it!!

    Pleasantly surprised
I purchased this to replace a much more expensive commercial version and I am pleasantly surprised at the quality. Our old one was getting loose and becoming rather load when used. This is surprisingly quiet for what it is. The noise of someone using it doesn’t travel throughout the entire gym as our old one did.

Wears out quickly, no replacement parts available
Like other reviewers, I tried to get support from Champion when the mat tore. They don’t offer replacements, so the item is now expensive, powder-coated scrap metal. (I also had the broken spring issue that others have mentioned, but I was able to find replacements locally.)
