As a snowbird I joined a fitness class 3x a week in my little community with Vitality for Life DVD When I returned home I ordered Curtis Adam’s DVD. It comes with a stretch band. I love this video. Curtis makes it fun and explains what muscles we are using.

Able to sit and exercise
I appreciate the fact that you can exercise sitting down. I have 2 injured knees and this workout helps me. Just a little bit of twisting of the knees, is incorporated in the workout, and I just avoid that part of the video. I am in my 70’s and feel like I get a cardio exercise from this video. It is set up in 3 sets (15 miniutes each) and you can stop and start it up later in the day to finish it.

Great DVD. I like all the Curtis Adams workouts, they are really quality and challenging despite some of the workouts being geared more towards the mobility impaired.
