    Excellent for Traveling!
    I had never incorporated sliders into my home workouts before trying these and while my whole body has been mad at me since, I feel like it’s going well LOL. Never had I ever seen a pair of sliders that came with “booties” so that they could be used on multiple surfaces. Needless to say, it was a no brainer when it came to choosing which ones to get. I love to travel but I found myself doing so less because I was anxious about throwing my whole routine (my life one and my fitness one) off and everyone knows how hard that first day back is. I was turning down opportunities to travel or spend consecutive days out of my routine because it didn’t feel worth that first day back struggle. These sliders have changed all that for me though! They are light as a feather, easy to pack in any type of bag (purse, carry-on, rolling suitcase, etc.), and can be used outdoors and indoors, on carpet and whatever my balcony is made out of, and you don’t have to spend a whole lot of time away from your adventure to get a good, quality workout in.If you’re a travel enthusiast like me and experience some anxiety when it comes to missing a workout, I highly recommend giving these a whirl!

    Sturdy and reliable
    I was skeptical about these slides simply because 1) I wasn’t sure how challenging they’d be and 2) they are on the pricier side. I bought them to do the Sure Thing program by Meghan Davies. I’m already in good shape and I found the slides challenging, but not impossible. They add another level of challenge and add a little variety to the workout. They’re also really durable and the way they sort of curve up around the edges helps them stay put instead of being too slippery and potentially causing injury. Overall I would definitely recommend these – they are worth the extra money!

    Worth the Expensiveness!
    I had the crappy cheap flat disks that would not stay under my feet and felt weird. I noticed Cathie Friederich used different looking ones, like these. After searching my butt off and not being able to find this “type” anywhere else for less…I splurged. These are AWESOME!! The way they curve up around the edges makes my feet stay securely on, they have slightly more resistance too, which makes the exercise more effective. I always wondered why Cathe Friederichs crew spent so much time on those “stupid disks”, until I got the right quality ones. Only downside-they get “stuck” in sweat drops on my hard floors. I have to keep moving around to avoid my sweat drops. These are worth the $$.

    Should have bought these years ago!
    I’ve been working out with Cathe Friedrich dvd’s for years and using a real paper plate for the sliding lunges. After reading some reviews on sliders I decided to buy these and am glad I did. They move easily on the floor (I have laminate flooring in my home exercise area), and actually make the exercise more effective because I have more control over the movement. The covers protect the floor too and maybe even clean it a bit!

    These do a fantastic job on both hardwood and carpet. I love that I don’t slip like on others, and that there is a wider area for gripping in general.

    Expensive for what they are but they are much easier to use than the flat ones and make such a difference to the BOD workouts
