Great product, so invigorating!
I LOVE this so much! Firstly, it feels great, like your body wants to be shaken lol. Secondly, it is a workout so start off slow or you will be sore. Third, I highly suggest looking into lymphatic drainage because you have to stimulate the lymph nodes first if you want to use this for drainage. It’s been about four weeks and I am noticing a difference in my thighs, they just look smoother. There are so many benefits to the vibration plate, it improves blood circulation and is good for digestion. I have also found that it helps with anxiety so if my anxiety is high and I get on the plate I feel better. I am only using it 10 minutes a day and I’ve only used two levels so far. I look forward to trying other levels but I’m taking it slow.

I waited a few months to write my review. The vibration plate arrived on time and exactly as described. It is easy to understand and use. You can do some other motions/excercises while using the plate like squats. Some of the intensity levels are quite strong. Start out on the low level and work your way up. Overall you can feel it working. You engage your core and balance. Vibration plates or similar variations have been around for a while. This is a good item to purchase.

This machine is amazing! Perfect for leveling up your workout routine or looking to give your muscles some relief from the stress of the daily grind. So far I’ve tried three of the programs and can’t pick my favorite. My shoulders don’t have that tight feeling and I can fall right to sleep after a session on the vibration plate. Convenient remote control and easy to move and store. You won’t regret picking one up!

Just got here today used it right out of box
I only got three 10 min sessions in to give it a trial run. I did the standing (whole exercise), I did the sitting (posture 1) & I did press up posture but with my forearms (that’s the one that sold me).I have many ailments from injuries in the Military & in civilian work: neck/shoulder injury, scoliosis from the Military, 3 different types of arthritis, degenerative disc & bone diseases- I can go on but I won’t.Unless it is a really bad or great experience, I don’t give feedback, the quality is decent, the size isn’t atrocious, it’s fun to use & see how it works on different parts of the body & the circulation is remarkable & I intend on using daily along with my diet & exercise!I have been to PT & dealt with a family friend who did chiropractic work- NOTHING for a few decades now worked to my neck/shoulder injury. I used this for just 20 minutes in the press up posture using my forearms vs my hands & I cried happy tears- the pain started eleviating! Obviously, it’s not going to happen overnight, but I am now so hopeful this will be my saving grace!Very happy I decided to give it a go & purchase!

Great start on exercising
I bought this item because I have issues with my lower back and have been inactive due to my sitting job. I wanted to get back in shape and help with my back pain. This has been a game changer. It really feels like nothing is happening but you will feel a difference in your lower back pain instantly. This item is compact and easy to store anywhere. It’s easy to use. It comes with a remote. It has many different settings you could use and I’ve only done the default program. I’d be dripping in sweat even just after 10 minutes. Im overweight foe my size so this is great for individuals to get in shape. My sister also owns one and we both work out together. It also manages your feet if you choose the item with the raised balls on it. Hope this review helps everyone.

the vibration plate worked well but has since popped and blew my electricity. The motor which creates the vibration has broken. I have contacted the seller but not heard anything. I am concerned whether there is a warranty? Why has no one got back to me? I only bought it 10 months ago. I paid a higher amount thinking I would get a quality item and good service. Not so far.
